As we enter into Championship week Miami is the #1 team in the country and they are 1 win away from playing for the BCS Championship. Miami will face an 8-4 Clemson team who looked better and better as the year went on. Miami will still be without their top 2 RBs and even though that didnt affect them in their last game Clemson's run defense will put up a much stiffer challenge. #2 LSU is the other team currently slated to play in the BCS Championship but they must first get past #6 Georgia. The Bulldogs have waited a year for this rematch after losing last years SEC Championship 35-28. Their defense isnt as strong as last years but their offense got better and has a Heisman candidate in RB Scott Washington. LSU's last 2 games have been decided by 3 points so if Georgia shows up we will have a hell of a game. Duke sits at #3 hoping for some good luck but it may take more than a few pieces falling into place because they have 2 losses, which could ultimately get them jumped after this week. #4 UCLA is the last 1 loss team and they believe that a win over #18 Stanford will move them up regardless of what else happens. If somehow Miami or LSU lose however UCLA would be the most likely team to fill the spot. #5 Maryland is the last team in the hunt. They will face #10 Iowa in a rematch that Iowa dominated a month ago. Maryland would need some crazy finishes to climb 3 spots this week but with a year like its been it's definitely possible. I am a fan of upsets but this year could be the first U5 Championship so Im rooting for Miami and LSU to get their rematch for all the marbles.

      [emoji91] BIG GAMES [emoji91]

ACC - 1 MIAMI vs CLEMSON
      • Miami will miss their RBs this week more than any other but their defense has been playing at a championship level. Clemson will come close but no cigar. Miami over Clemson.

      B12 - 12 TEXAS vs KANSAS
      • Kansas was the most dominant team in the conference all year and finally took their first L in their last game. Texas will give them #2. Texas over Kansas.

      B1G - 5 MARYLAND vs 10 IOWA
      • Iowa beating Maryland the way that they did makes it hard to bet against them even though Maryland had the more impressive year. But I think Iowa does it again. Iowa over Maryland.

      PAC - 4 UCLA vs 18 STANFORD
      • I predicted this matchup before the season even started and had Stanford winning the Pac 12. I think UCLA has been right there with Miami and LSU. UCLA over Stanford again.

      SEC - 2 LSU vs 7 GEORGIA
      • This will be the most exciting game of the week if Georgia comes to play. LSU has had some QB issues as of late, anxious to see how Cook looks. I cant go against the defending champs. LSU over Georgia.

        Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2032-2033

Georgia jumped out to a 14-7 lead to end the 1st quarter. Our offense caught fire in the 2nd quarter and we scored 21 points. Halftime score 28-21, LSU. 2nd half the defense finally started to slow down Georgias run game. The offense was still playing great, besides a bad pass by Cook that was way off target and got picked. We started to pull away for the win after Georgia tied the game at 28. Cook had a huge bounce back game after getting benched last week. Cook had over 400 yards passing and threw 5 tds. LSU beats Georgia to win the SEC championship 56-35. Still waiting for the team to play a complete game again. Either the offense is playing great and the defense is struggling or the defense plays great and the offense is struggling.

            1 Miami vs Clemson

Defensive battle the whole first half. Wright, the FS I told yal about who lost his spot but earned it back, forced a fumble on a huge hit late in the 2nd. We were up 7-3 and got down to the goalline off momentum but couldnt punch it in with 0:17 left in the half.

2nd half they took it down and scored a td the first drive. 10-7 Clem. We punt. They start moving again but I get a user pick with Lumpkin when they ran the same play twice and almost get us again. That play leads to a long drive down to the 2 but we dont risk it again and take the fg. 10-10. Clemson goes deep on 2nd down and my CB drops the pick but Wright catches it in the air. We score 5 plays later. 17-10. They go deep again and this time Woods, my other safety, snags it out of the air and runs it back 60 yds. 24-10. Woods get another pick on a deep ball the next drive. This defense is ready for LSU. I got Brown back at RB (28) but if I can get Ross back for the Natty we cookin

              [emoji91] 1 LSU vs 2 MIAMI [emoji91]
After 15+ seasons with the Last Run of Rivals we finally have our first U5 matchup in the BCS Championship. #2 Miami will face the defending champion LSU Tigers in Pasadena. These 2 teams played at the beginning of the year with Miami getting the better of LSU and ending the nations longest active win streak, but both teams are playing different than they did back then and both teams have found their identities this time around. Miami spent the year having to navigate their way around both of their top RBs being hurt which gave other players on the offense and defense a bigger role. The Miami defense over the last few weeks especially has been one of the best in the country and picked up the slack for the offense at times to get Miami to this point. LSU spent the year having to navigate their way around having a young inexperienced true freshman at QB, who's worst game came against the Miami defense. There was a game or 2 that Cook got pulled because of slow starts late in the year but overall LSU got back to being the passing force that they've been under Arch and that was on display in the SEC Championship. This matchup in the BCS Championship will be a matchup between arguably the best offense in football and the best defense in football. If Miami can make LSU turn the ball over like they did in their first meeting and even last week against Clemson then the Canes should win. If LSU does to Miami what Mississippi State did and complete passes on 3rd down Miami wont be able to stay with LSU in a shootout. The best thing about this matchup is the amount of future NFL stars that will be on the field. This one will be exciting.

              [emoji91] BIG GAMES [emoji91]

              ROSE - 4 UCLA vs 5 IOWA
              • UCLA has one loss on the year and was definitely slighted by not even moving over Duke who didnt play in a Championship game and has 2 losses. They feel the disrespect. Theyll face the Heisman trophy winner P.J. Hall who had an amazing season with the Iowa Hawkeyes. 2 Conference champions.

              FIESTA - 3 DUKE vs 6 NEBRASKA
              • This is a good matchup for both teams because neither played in a championship game to prove themselves but will get a chance here. Matchup will feature 2 great RBs in Reese for Duke and Downing for Nebraska who was a Heisman finalist.

              ORANGE - 8 AUBURN vs 9 TEXAS
              • 2 teams who deserve to be in the top 10 but just couldnt get over those season changing games. Auburn had some surprising wins but losses against 2 U5 teams derailed their accomplishments. Texas wins the B12 against an underrated Kansas team.

SUGAR - 10 ARIZONA ST vs 12 ARMY
              • Both of these teams had high expectations early in the year but just didnt have enough to keep it going. Another great matchup though, should be entertaining. Arizona St's Greer was a Heisman finalist and wants to showcase his skills here.

Had a shutout right before half then they ran right up the middle 50-60yds then they tried to play. 2 or 3 deflections only everywhere else we seemed slow

                    2033 National Championship
                    1 LSU vs 2 MIAMI

                    1st
LSU starts the game with the ball and Cooks freshman jitters show up on the very first play as he throws an interception right to Woods. Miami goes straight to the power run game that theyve been missing for the last 10 weeks with Ross out, but he picked up where he left off as the best running back in football as Miami goes up 7-0 quick. Canes get it back and mix in some run and pass and Graves who never runs makes one of the shiftiest 15 yards run ever for a td. 14-0. Cook finally gets hot and connects on 3 straight passes of 15+ and the Tigers are on the board. 14-7

                    2nd
Canes stall and Cook throws another pick, this time deep to the other Safety Wright. Canes move it and Ross gets his 2nd td. 21-7. Cook finds Garner on a dime in heavy coverage but he drops it, its tipped in the air, and Beard the Miami corner catches it out of the air. Both teams fail to score before the half LSU until LSU finally catches a break and gets a fg. 21-10 half.

                    3rd
Miami starts the half with a huge mistake as Graves throws a pick to Campbell the star LB for LSU. Tigers get stopped but go for it on 4th and convert. They get stopped again in the redzone and take the 3. 21-13. Canes open up the pass game fully and work it down quick before Ross gets a 3rd td. 28-13. Cook trying to make a big play throws a bad pass to Fuqua and Beard gets his 2nd int.

                    4th
Miami does manage only a fg with the short field and LSU gets their best drive of the game punching it in from the 1 but fail the 2pt. 31-19. Canes stall again with 3:22 left. Cook moves it again and Forte powers his way in for the td, followed by a 2pt also to Forte. 31-27. UM recovers the onside kick with 1:36 left. LSU gets Miami to a 3rd down but Graves hits Tidwell in one on one coverage and seals the game. Canes beat LSU for a second time this year and take the crown as the best team in college football.
