I have the graphics on 4k and ultra settings and it feels quite different in a good way. At times the ps5 pro version doesn’t even feel like it’s a smooth 60 fps. Also, on the pro it’s definitely not 4k.

thank you for that review. I got Madden on PS5 as part of the MVP bundle. I will get it on PC for all the mods at some point, just waiting for the price to come down a bit.

The menus are still snails pace on PS5

NICE! Just played my first full franchise game this morning, for the simple fact that I was just finishing my first CFB 26 season and liked it so much I started a second season lol, so this delayed my deep dive into Madden until this morning. I was a bit nervous at first (after being immersed in the College game for so long), but found that there was no need to be! Madden holds its own this year with a slower (not as slow as last year, so thats good) more deliberate game, so I had to shift my mental just a bit to adjust for the more "precision" style of play. I'm not going to detail too much outside of I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it certainly builds upon what the devs have been cooking up since the switch to current generation game consoles. What a time to be a football video game fan I tell ya. One thing that stood out was the lack of replays, oh and there were a TON of sacks (but this WAS preseason with many of the 2nd and 3rd string getting playtime), so we'll see as I establish my slider foundation, and I'm sure I can get it to where I need it to be (QB accuracy sliders work very well i've noticed, got em down in the 15-20 range for both myself and CPU. Might be too low, we'll figure it out). Overall game, outstanding! Bravo to the dev team.

Really enjoying the game! Tweaking things here and there. As far as commentary goes, I like where its headed, but I wonder if EA can go with AI for commentary? Im seeing some incredible stuff done with AI. Seems like the commentary could go anywhere it wants with AI.
