Franchise 32 Team control?

First time using Madden in a few years, does anyone know if 32 team roster control available in franchise mode? Or perhaps if there is an alternative? I’m a fan of keeping the rosters accurate to real life as the season goes on. Upon first review it looks like I will have to create 32 separate users in a franchise. But injuries it looks like is going to be an issue. Especially when a player is on IR, as there isn’t an option to “create an Injury” for a player like there is in MLB the Show or NBA 2K.

Yes 32 team control is available.

You have to create a character for every team. You have to switch to every character to play that game. If you want to change any settings you have to change to the commissioner. And for whatever reason the default sorting is legacy score of the coaches. You can edit all of the depth charts but you can't change your opponents uniforms (maybe with a 2nd controller). 32 team franchise is not user at all, it's unnecessary difficult.

I'll flag the can't-change-uniforms thing...this has been an issue for years and it drives me nuts ("sure, you can control all 32 teams...but it'll be a cold day in hell before you get to change the opposing team's uniforms!!!"). I've puttered around with it today and it seems there's still no work around. Also, it seems you can't retire from a team? Which to say, you can't take over a team, relocate them, and then retire so you can still use all their uniforms when you play against them.

In franchise mode you don't need 32 team control and two controllers to change the opposing team's uniforms.. but that's franchise mode

My favorite way to play Madden used to be start a season and play offense only for all 32 team. Switch team every change of possession. They took that ability away years ago and I have no idea why.

It's as baffling as having to exit the game to change any sliders in a franchise game. Why does EA want to prevent me from bumping up a penalty slider in a game?

On a separate note. I have been experimenting with using 2 controllers and the auto pass feature. It definitely works but like slow sim, QBs take way too many sacks. It does have potential though. You do have to do all the kicking.
