Also does anyone else know a list of games that do allow a season or franchise of CPU vs CPU.

MLB?

Currently enjoying front office football too.

- "MLB The Show" allows all teams to be user controlled teams which means you can play CPU vs CPU games in either a franchise or the season mode.

- NBA2k14 (which I own) does not allow you to control all the teams, but I believe it was enabled in NBA2k15? However I skipped NBA2k15 and thus can not confirm this. Not sure about EA's Basketball game as I have never owned that title.

- NHL 13 allowed CPU vs CPU games but NHL 15 disabled this and many other features (not sure about NHL 14 as I skipped that title).

- Both FIFA and PES soccer games do not allow CPU vs CPU games in franchise games.

I have a ps4 so NHL 13 is out. I think NHL 14 had taken it out too.

I will check on NBA 15.

It's understandable that games are meant to be played, but this is a feature that many love to utilize for their franchise universe. People like me want to make teams and watch it all play out; we want to be the architect, not the guy with the jackhammer. We want to see what happens in a theoretical universe. I want to, in the purest sense, simulate. It was so much fun to set up my franchises and watch the teams and players thrive and struggle. The CPU vs. CPU would put on great shows, playing out in many different ways. Shut outs, down to the wire, huge come from behinds, etc.

I'd like to see this return and figured I'd make this thread to confirm if it's in or out either way. Also, to report any news on workarounds. Last year, there was a way to do CPU vs. CPU in CFM, but it was tedious to do and didn't have control of the roster. I did it though. Others might want to as well.

I agree I love playing as gm and cpu vs cpu is a major prority of mine. I like to see how they play against each other. Very disappointed in Madden for taking this out. The game looks good but not having that in it makes me not want ton play franchise.

cpu vs cpu is the only way i like to play the game. I'm very glad to see that there are other players like me. If they don't put it in this year, i know for sure that i will not be wasting $60 on something that is becoming more and more boring. what is stupid to me is, how are you going to have an owner mode and yet you have to play the game. I thought owners watch their teams. How are you going to have a coach mode and yet you have to kickoff, kick field goals.etc
please give us what we really want.

Yo Sim Family,..I found a way to play retro Madden CPU vs CPU in M15.... I been reading this forums comments finally yesterday I succeeded at doing it....

Warning it tedious, but I only takes 30 minutes!!!

CFM CPU gameplay in totality.... no FGs, no Kickoffs, no no Punts,

(Holla at me if you want it) PS- must have 2 controllers each on a team in Team Selection Screen

PES does have Framchise CPU vs. CPU. That's why I play it over FIFA.

EA Sports couldn't care less about what customers want. As in-depth as MLB The Show is, the developers still managed to include CPU vs CPU, because they know many players like several in this thread and I like it. I haven't bought Madden since 2012 and will not be doing so until they do what little it takes to add this feature. Better yet, I'll just wait for 2K or Sony to Dr slop an NFL game since they listen to their customers.
