I did last night too, but it doesn't work, checked today and it says only 30 minutes left, pulled the plug 3 hours in and played for 5 and a half.

So the timer still ticks whether you're online or not?

Here is a step by step way to buy more time. It takes about 15-20 minutes to do but it works.

1) Click on the sign in section of the homepage
2) Go to "Add New" and enter all of the information (new username, email etc.) to register
3) Go to the MS Store and select EA Access Hub
4) Enter the Hub and fill out the information (You may need to register a new Origin account and enter your credit card info (which takes awhile).
5) Purchase EA Access.
6) Shut down your console and restart it.
7) Sign in w/ the new user account and go to the EA Access and select Madden 15.
8) The game will temporarily act as if it is going to install but then immediately switch to "Play Trial"

The game should start under the new username and you should have 6 more hours.

I tried this but forgot step 6. am I out of luck and need to try again with a different account? it says "trial expired" even on my new account.

also, do i need to sign out completely of my main account before I do step 1, or do i just go to switch profile then add new from my main account?

As I stated on the last page, if that's too complicated, contact Microsoft Support and cancel your EA Access sub. They'll cancel it and issue you a refund if you're unhappy with the service (or at least say you are). Then re-up on another account.

Don't think it's possible. It will just tell you everytime you start it up that you have under "X" hours or minutes left.

Don't do ANY of the steps. Go to Xbox.com, click "Support", and Chat with an agent. Tell them you want to cancel EA Access, and then buy it on another account.

Yes, you have to long out of the other account for it to work

You need to make sure that you sign out of the gamertag that the first early access was created on, then log into the 2nd account you made and it'll work. After you fire up 15 on the new gamertage you can change back to the 1st gamertage and pickup where you left off.


I did this today and it worked perfectly.

Yes... You press the "View" button once you are on the menu to change profiles.

6 hours was definitely not enough time for 5 days though. Once you get through the intro and learn some of the new things in skills trainer, finally play a game your over an hour.

If Microsoft cancels the EA access subscription on your account. And you resubscibe on same account does the timer restart?

Ms is probably just canceling the billing, I wouldn't expect that to affect the time

Same here, got 2 hours left...my fiancé and I spent all weekend playing diablo co-op....thank goodness for Diablo!!
