Can we use a new account to sign up for access like discussed but then switch back to our real GT and play it? I heard rumors of it but I wanted to check first.

Re: Early Access to Madden NFL 15 is Working For EA Access Subscribers
I played for 2 hours last night..I need to space my time out wisely.
Anybody notice the lighting in the indoor stadiums/domes look awful?
Even the player models looks much more "blocky" at times when coming out of the huddle with the zoom cam. I want to build an outdoor stadium for my Saints in CFM just because of it. BTW can we still do that?Who Dat!Comment

He means he's not going to reward EA for penny pinching. To each there own, but it does seem somewhat shady to not release a demo then sell people on the idea of getting the game early for a price. Only to turn around and give people less access(time wise) to the game than they would have gotten with a demo.
We see this all the time a company will extract from consumers what they feel they can. If it isn't micro-transactions it's something like this. If EA has success giving you less for more and then charging you for the rest expect it to become a trend.
I for one agree that as a consumer it isn't always about what you have to spend it's about what you believe is fair. As long as you just go along with things because it's not too bad the more things will progressively get worse.Last edited by da ThRONe; 08-23-2014, 03:21 PM.You looking at the Chair MAN!

Excellent to hear. I do hate giving those suckers more money, but the game is just too awesome not to. Plus I have the new semester of college starting Monday so I'd rather get alot of madden out of my system now than on Monday night at midnight with class all day Tuesday lol.Comment

Re: Early Access to Madden NFL 15 is Working For EA Access Subscribers
Here is a step by step way to buy more time. It takes about 15-20 minutes to do but it works.
1) Click on the sign in section of the homepage
2) Go to "Add New" and enter all of the information (new username, email etc.) to register
3) Go to the MS Store and select EA Access Hub
4) Enter the Hub and fill out the information (You may need to register a new Origin account and enter your credit card info (which takes awhile).
5) Purchase EA Access.
6) Shut down your console and restart it.
7) Sign in w/ the new user account and go to the EA Access and select Madden 15.
8) The game will temporarily act as if it is going to install but then immediately switch to "Play Trial"
The game should start under the new username and you should have 6 more hours.
I would be just as satisfied if at the end of the 6 hour limit, for $5, they simply offer you the choice to play again."Not the victory but the action. Not the goal but the game. In the deed the glory."Comment

Re: Early Access to Madden NFL 15 is Working For EA Access Subscribers
Can't have a "new" feature if it is the same. What they did was take the existing playcall screen and reversed scrolling pretty much everything. So instead scrolling down to look at different formations within a formation, you scroll sideways. Instead of scrolling sideways to look at different formations like 4-3, nickel, you scroll down. That is EA's trick. it is "new", but it is the same, but reversed.Comment

I'd take my 6 hours tinkering with Ultimate Team, simming 10 years in CFM and tinkering with rosters and preseason and playing with a created player and owner. All within a few hours and nothing I could do in any demo they've ever released.
Would I like more? Absolutely. Will I pay another $5? Probably not. If I had the option of doing so without making another account... eh, reply hazy, try again later.Comment
