I played the full games yesterday. Fire it up this morning and it happened again...

I can't figure this out. I have a high speed line plugged right into the PS4...

This just happened to me as well on Xbox One.

All my slider and CFM saves are still there and working though it reset my profile so now all my skills trainer information is gone. All my saved settings are gone of course as its part of your profile. I guess I'm going to have to get everything back to where it was and then make a backup profile incase this happens again.

LOL never mind you can't even make a backup profile. wow

I have a SERIOUS ISSUE. I am an avid Madden player, but don't play online much and I really enjoy offline connected franchise mode. I purchased the game on release date and jumped right into my CFM. This morning, I turned on the game and it prompted me for an update. After I performed the update and started the game, my CFM will not load because it says it's now incompatible!!!!!!!

Will I lose all my progress every time the game or system updates? If so, that would be simply unacceptable!

Please reply with some sort of reasoning or resolution to the problem. I will not completely restart every time I have to do an update.

This problem is on the PS4. Anyone with any details, please reply!

Just happened to me on PS4. All my sliders and rosters are there but lost my Skills Trainer progress and stats. So glad I didnt start my Franchise yet.

Happened to me after I did the latest ps4 system update

Edit: just fired up for the first time since Tuesday and it did it again!

Count me in. It's happened 3 or 4 times since the game came out on my PS4. Just the profile gets erased as far as I can tell.

Got me a again today. It is time for this to be fixed. I lose auto subs everytime and those are a pain to redo.

Happened to me again today. Not sure what the cause is, but last night I downloaded the new roster and tuning update let it save everything and then quite the game. Today I started it up and boom profile screwed again.

Just happened to me, lost my entire online franchise and Settings… Kept off-line career franchise and sliders and custom playbook. AARGHGH...C'mon Man!!!!

I wait this long to start my franchise, get it all the way going and then lose it a day later.

Yep, I've had to 'start over' 3 times in the last 2 days. Sliders, penalties, auto-subs all gone. Someone has to have some insight as to why this is happening

This has happened to me as well. Everything gone, erased like I just bought the game. WHAT.A.JOKE....lets face it, EA sucks. Offline CFM is gone, all sliders, and settings. GONE...And this has happened to other people as well and no response from EA...It amazes me that EA gets away with this stuff
