Re: fix for sacks? anyone found 1 yet?
Guys I get that you can not edit after year 1 and things get messed up. I'm sticking to topic of thread asking for a fix. This isn't a ea needs to patch wish list. Do they need to address these issues? Yes and I hope they do.
I would never start a cfm until post patch ever anyways. Because of this issue I'll play 32 team control and play 1 year then when that year is over ill do it again. I realize that people want to build there team for multiple of years but I could never play with ea's ratings nor will I again. I want to play a realistic game of football and while all of you are not getting that I am because of my willingness to edit the game. Again, I hope ea addresses this issue and a few others like safety and linebacker coverage in man against tight ends (again another game flaw fixed by sliders AND roster editing).
Like I said earlier I don't understand why madden players are so anti roster editing and using those rosters except for the non ability to edit draft classes in cfm in year 2 and beyond which destroy the mode. The show and nba 2k communities live and die by those roster makers. Hell, 2k even hired one of best roster makers here from OS. The game plays better with it edited properly.
The bottom line is after editing every player to fbg ratings and playing the game with these rosters it's incredible the difference you see and how the game is capable of playing. Out of the box ea had every dline man with 80's and 90's shed block. Fbg has only elite guys like jj watt with a 82 she'd block. As is now ea has it set for almost a win on every push of the button.
Anyways, like I said I was responding to thread title of is there a fix? Yes there is but it's up to you if you want to enjoy the game or complain about it. I do hope ea addresses the issues of qb taking sacks so we don't need to do drastic things like these but I'm not gonna hold my breath it gets fixed. 1 thing will get fixed while another gets broken then the whole process starts over again... Lol
