Difference between cover 3 buzz, sky?

what is the difference between these coverages? is buzz better at stopping the run and short routes? is sky better at stopping intermediate to long passes? I don't know what coverage is good for what, BUT I feel I know wha the other team wants to do on offense on almost any down, but I don't know what play to pick to counter what I think they're going to do. can I get some inight on this? thanks!

Cover 3 buzz is better for run support. I use it, blitzes, and cover 1 robber with the 2nd zone defender in man on the RB to stop the run.

The difference is who plays the 3 Deep spots in the zone. Who stays low and who covers the flat determines that. Buzz is for LB, Cloud is for CB and Sky is for SS. Not sure exactly the alignments but read this.

I'm not sure of the name, but I like the zone that has the SS covering the flats. He comes down pre-snap which gives me an extra body in the box and an outside contain.
