Does the game still tell your opponent that you're going to run a fake FG/punt in the play select screen, by saying "Special teams" instead of "Field goal?"

Has anyone simmed a few seasons as a head coach and see how the firing mechanism works?

Do you still get fired in third year after winning 2 superbowls and then no one offers you a new job?

I don't know about fixed, but there is an option to "add funds" to teams as the commissioner.


I believe they said it was in increments of 5 million dollars...

This will sound weird but how many pancakes in game has? Last year in game produce many pancakes even with blocking at 0 leading all user OL to lead the nfl. It has been fix it in 16? Does match sim games with in games pancakes?

Anyone figure out how to re-set confidence? I want everyone at 50 for the start of the year. I only see the option to clear cap penalties as commissioner.

Are playbooks up to date with new coaching staff or last seasons playbooks

I'm waiting for the midnight download in about 21 hours. But I was curious if the Madden 16 playbooks were updated for current times with the new coaching staffs. Or does Madden use the playbooks that teams used from last season.

Reason being

Atlanta Falcons - Dan Quinn and Kyle Shanahan new revamped offense. Is completely different than the crap Dirk Koetter and Mike Smith ran. (Falcons fan by the way)

Cleveland Browns - OC John Defilippo

Baltimore Ravens - Gary Kubiak leaving and Marc Trestman coming in as OC

Denver Broncos - Gary Kubiak and OC Rick Dennison

I'm not gonna list all the coaching changes. But hoping Madden adjusted to the new coaches. Rather than me playing with the Falcons using Mike Smiths playbook when Shanahan is there using modern cool plays and a lot of zone schemes, etc.

Can anyone provide an update as to the status of the notorious bugs that have crippled CFM in the preliminary stages of release? Many of us picking up or downloading the game will want to know if it's worth it to begin our CFM. the bugs impacting progression and regression will affect us doing that. Anyone with insight as to how long the patching process will take is also welcomed to weigh in.

Are Filed Goals still automatic? Is there only 1 slider in franchise mode for Field Goal Accuracy that controls both human and AI accuracy?

I know they're working on the drive goal progression bug (according to a Rex tweet). But there are multiple progression/regression bugs that I've documented in the "players regressing too fast during the season" thread.

As someone who only plays single player CFM, I will not be buying the game unless these bugs are addressed. They are that bad. I want to try to run the simulations again by re setting the confidence each year to see if that makes sense. But as it stands now CFM mode is broken, which is a shame because I love the gameplay.
