Have you noticed this actually doing anything? When I shade I expect them to shift to inside or outside position.

Yea i shade outside the corner pushed the wr inside. If you shade inside insaw my corner actually push wr out bounds

Does this work in zone too? If I shade inside will my defenders play more towards the middle and vice versa?

How do you make and share highlights? I dont see a save replay option when looking back at replays. Im on XboxONE if that matters.

I use the built-in "Record That" feature in Xbox One. Double-tap the Xbox button in the middle of the controller and press X. Then install Studio (if you haven't already) and trim the clip and upload it there.

I like that better than the older "create highlight" stuff from NCAA & Madden because this method includes replays and the live-action stuff.

I faced this last night, Saints(me) vs Dallas(online ranked). He literally called mixtures of different cover 3 schemes only.

At the start of the game it took me a quarter to realize he was not coming out of it and unfortunately the Saints run game is not especially strong so it was not forcing him to bring 8 in the box.

I might've played this guy last night too. Darealist99 or something like that. I beat him twice.(Bills and Jags) He stayed in nickel cov 3 all game. Inside zone killed him. And draw plays.

Anybody had any success with the new roll out locomotion mechanic for QBs ?

I can't get it to work at all. It says tap RT while standing in the pocket or tap it during the QB back drop. I tried both ways and the QB does nothing but stands there. He doesn't roll out at all.

I have had this work the few times i tried it.

I messed around with this in practice mode and also the drill for pocket presence in skills trainer.

Tap the R2 button and HOLD the stick away from the QB's primary hand (i.e. Left for a righty QB) And they will do a "reverse roll out"

I'll be honest, I don't think I ever looked at what his GT was. I just know it was boring, its wasn't that I couldn't beat it because I managed the win. Its just the simple fact it gets old facing the same play over and over ad nauseam. If anything it makes beating your opponent easier because you can literally call plays designed to beat said coverage. The reason this trend continues, to many young kids go into playing madden with "money plays" as their entire gameplan. They face kids similar to them that can't adjust and these cover 3 only looks or anything similar end up working. This gives them false hope this will work on everyone. They then catch someone who adjusts, gets a couple picks or 4 down shutdowns and they quit out the game.

Now I also want to point out, calling a specific play which plays to your teams strengths over and over is not cheese. If the opponent can't find a way to exploit it then you should continue to call what works.

For example: If I have a couple stud man cover CB's with great press rating. I'm going to cov 2 press all game until you can figure out how to beat it. Force the run game, spread the field with rub/pick plays, etc

I don't want people to get the wrong idea of "calling one play" is cheese, its your goal to beat it.........but it does make for a boring game

Oh ok thanks I got it now. EA should have been way more specific in their article. The way it is written one would assume all you had to do was tap a button and the QB would automatically do it.

Heck IMO it would have been better if it was just tap a button and the QB automatically roll out.

In M15 it was not good to use the speed boost behind the Line of Scrimmage; in M16 it is key to getting separation in the backfield.

Yea there is no fair or realistic trade for Mariota. But you would have to give up both of your first's and a great player it seems like. And I love that.
