Finally got it to download. Now does anyone have a freaking clue about who all I would have to drop to add Reggie Wayne to the Patriots? Everything I tried says they are still over the salary cap.

I found out my issue, I wasn't signed in to the servers before. Duh.

All I found was a roster update, not a tuner.

Nope I don't have ps+ and it d/!ed the community play call and other stuff just never got the tuner. Didn't have it last yr neither so hopefully get asked for/l it again.
