EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

How do you disable notifications? Is it just in the settings menu?

        hi Guys
I have followed the last days EA Sports Producer Rex Dickson at Twitter.
He has posted a solution via twitter.
However, this solution only affects the freeze at a offline CFM.
It has to do with the AutoSave

        The solution is

If you have created an offline franchise should you create a User Save File in CFM.
That is just in the CF menu on the controller, press the touch pad and create a new save file.

        That's all

I've tried that and this solution has helped me.

For the online CFM there is soon a patch.
In this patch this problem to be fixed, but not only that.
The ACC Clock and Custom Defense PlayBook bug will be fixed by this patch.

Have the days Twitter pursuing exactly

But when this patch is not called Rex Dickson.

I did the same thing a previous poster did and turned off the notifications and deselected the music and the freezing stopped for me also

              PS4 Offline CFM:
I just had the game get stuck on the blue NFL logo loading screen after finishing a pretty epic CFM game. Let it sit for a few hours just in case, tried just about everything but it was stuck forever.
Reloaded CFM and the game was now unplayed i.e. I have to play it again.
I've now rebuilt the PS4 database, disabled all notifications, and disabled all music.
I was on a user created save anyway but I made a new one just to be safe.
I also tweeted at Rex to see if he's got any other ideas.
This problem was allegedly fixed in the patch yet it is still a widespread issue.
I'll report back after playing a few more games to see if it still freezes.

What does that say? I can not understand that sentence at all............are you simply saying to create your own save and do not worry about the auto save feature?

That's what he's saying. Checked Rex's twitter. Only problem is I still had the freezing after a game and I've used a custom save from the beginning....

So far I have had just 1 freeze in 6 offline CFM games with my own game save (no auto save).......it froze on and instant replay I manually went to watch.......turned the game off and it auto saved right there for me so I was good to go in like 5min

Gameplay-wise I've had no freezes but in offline CFM it freezes up during manual progression of players fairly regularly. I get halfway down the list of players to progress and in the back & forth to the menu and the players it'll freeze a good amount. Happened probably 5-6 times to me thus far.

Still getting consistent freezes too, with Cloud saved franchises and offline now too.

Good thing NHL 16 is out because I'm about ready to give up on this game. The amount of freezing is ridiculous. It's been nearly every other game I play for the past few days. And never early in the game. Always later in the 3rd or 4th quarter when I have nearly an hour into it. Just wasting my time at this point. Doesn't matter if I boot the game from the disc or HDD. Still will just randomly freeze. No rhyme or reason to it.

And maybe there's a very simple answer to this question that I'm missing, but everything in online CFM is automatically saved (roster moves, settings changes, upgrades, etc.). But why can our in-game progress not be saved while offline CFM's can?

Im not getting any freezing but when I super sim some games it crash to ps4 menu. And then I try to play that game I get crazy stuff like invisible players. I guess the super sim doesn't know how to deal with invisible players lol
