Is there a way to align the Safeties to play tight man coverage on blitzes instead of staying deep in M17? I remember in previous Maddens you could use "show blitz" to get one closer as a sorta workaround but not actually aligned for tight coverage and I don't recall "man align" doing it either.

I disagree, if they would expand the adjustments from the standard up, down, left, right to include the diagonal directions or even implement a double and triple direction input to get the differing zone types. That can solve it. I kno these increase the chances of inputting the wrong command but I rather have that risk than being limited to just a select 4 to eight individual adjustments. They can even use the trigger button together with a directional input to expand this. Just saying there are ways around it but will make presynaptic adjusting a bit more lengthy and difficult.Originally posted by Therebelyell626I am going to create a team called "the happy town fundament rapscallions" and hurt your already diminishing image

So, as a GameChanger, I've been lucky enough to be invited to EA's studios to play Madden 17. I've been given permission to answer questions here with some ground rules: I can only talk about what's been announced and I cannot give any impressions. I will always err on the side of caution but I will let you know if I can't answer something and why. With that said, fire away!
Also, is it true that there will be a Draft Board feature this year? If so did you get to mess with that?
Thanks.Originally posted by Therebelyell626I am going to create a team called "the happy town fundament rapscallions" and hurt your already diminishing image

There isn't a draft board so to speak but a watch list is still in. On the other hand, there IS a practice squad. You'd be better off reading the EA Franchise Mode (CFM) Blog to learn the basics on the practice squad.XBOX Series X Gamer Tag: AlsbronComment

I am pretty thrilled about a practice squad though. It just doesn't feel realistic to not have those developmental guys on the roster but inactive during the week.Originally posted by Therebelyell626I am going to create a team called "the happy town fundament rapscallions" and hurt your already diminishing image

Price,
There was some talk by some of the Game Changers that not everything had been released about CFM yet or there was more to come at some point. Obviously, there isn't anything major they're concealing, but do you know what those people were referencing? Is there anything relating to CFM that our community would care about that we don't know about yet? Thanks.XBOX Series X Gamer Tag: AlsbronComment

I'm not sure. I know there's some presentation stuff in CFM that people haven't seen.

Have they adjusted confidence at all from last year? Also, how exactly does dynamic development work? Like how long and under what circumstances would a player go from star to slow or slow to star? Also, do slow dev players retire at very early ages, and star dev players are better longer?Green Bay PackersSeattle MarinersNew York Rangers

Confidence is completely different. Doesn't matter as much as it did and largely dependent on W-L.
I don't know the specifics of dynamic development. I ran a bunch of sim tests looking at specific players to check progression and regression and I noticed it changing but couldn't pinpoint why at that time.
