          2. They said they added more trick plays on ST, can you elaborate? Are there trick plays on kickoffs and PR's as well? Also, did they add any new trick plays to offense?

          3. How steep is the learning curve? I hate relearning what works and what doesn't. Crosses, drags, and post/corners are a huge part of my offense.

          4. Is the ice the kicker the same as it was in NCAA where the meter is frozen over, and does the clutch trait counter i?

          5. Speaking of the meter, how hard is it really? Will we finally see people missing chip shots on occasion? And did they make accuracy matter, so even if you perfect the meter, but have a crap K you can still miss?

          6. In your opinion is running easier, harder or thE same as 16?

          7. What kind of new plays will we see on offense?
Can you answer any of these?

well its improved but the same right? Meaning no new scouting reports and more details ? I think I seen you say they improved speed for back's and safety's ? And reduce the amazing 95 speed QB's ?

But yes, the system in 16 will be kept and refined for 17.

I cannot talk franchise at all.

There are new fake fgs and punts.

The new zone defenses will definitely force an adjustment from users.

Ice the kicker is different than in NCAA but is still being tuned and worked on, as is the meter itself, so I can't speculate as to how easy/hard it will be in retail.

Can't give my opinion on anything.

I did notice some new plays on offense but didn't have time to pore over the playbooks.

One thing I'd like to see added are taller CB's, I want to see 6'3 cB's on occasion, and taller WR's than 6'4, and tall WR's shouldn't always be 80 acc. I'd also like to see ATH players. In other words WR's that have CB traits and vice versa. There have been some gems picked up in late rounds or UDFA like that in recent years, in real life. Any news on that front?

I'm not sure, but even if it was, you'd likely only experience it with WRs, RBs, and maybe some defensive backs, since it's ratings-dependent.

Are the blocked kicks only FGs or does whatever mechanic they're using for FG's apply to punts as well?

Both. Again, it's being tuned, so I don't know how easy or difficult it will be in retail, but I was able to get at least 1 of each and the AI got me at least 1 time in each.

Unfortunately, I don't have any details regarding the scouting itself and what has been changed besides what you mentioned about the specific positions. From the info that's been sent to me, the draft classes will be more well rounded than previous DC's. Speed issues with safeties and RB's was one very specific thing I was told.

From what I'm gathering, trying to put bits of info together, the DC's should be improved drastically, and I believe that the ratings will be more in line with the rest of the players in game.. So we shouldn't see corners and receivers coming in with 98, 99 speed and being able to toast anyone and everyone
Given the imbalances of last year it would be a total shocker to me if this team had not have fixed the discrepancies. I would expect a lot more retooling of other positions as well.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Madden 16 was one of the worst games I ever played, I stopped playing 2 months after buying it, cornerbacks can't even swat in the game they get sucked into animations it makes the game useless to play. Did they change the nfl blitz agg catching and are the corners able to swat in 17?

Madden 16 was the best game play Madden game ever, still playing it today and so are many forum members.

There was a patch last year to slow down aggressive catching and the corners I play with and the CPU corners swat passes.
