So I am really enjoying Cpu vs Cpu this year. I am using both 49ers and the Browns. Through week 3 so far both teams playing each game. Not once have I seen either RG3 or Kap rush as the Qb during a play. Either a designed run or just scrambling . Which kinda stinks, has anyone seen a qb rush?

In my temp CFM w/ CLE, RGIII has scrambled once for 9 yards. Taken a lot of sacks though and thrown some picks. He's bad. Lol

Just watched the Packers smash the Seahawks 44-23. Rodgers threw for 325 2 TDs and 1 int. Packers had 5 sacks. Wilson threw 3 picks. Packers currently have the #1 defense in week 9 of the 2018 season. Rodgers did run the ball one time for 15 yards also.

I'm personally not using play the moment. I'm using play full game or whatever it's called

Ah ok. I'm using play the moment on slow so it does the cpu vs cpu still until the occasional play the moment comes up. Sometimes I skip it and it goes back to cpu v cpu and sometimes I play it, but still coach mode so i just pick the play.

You think it's the CPU playcalling logic or may just be they have RG3's traits messed up?

He's definitely not rated well. Could be play calling as well. That's why I'm anxiously awaiting your findings.

I've gone back to coach mode but I've always sucked at play calling which is why I gravitated toward "ask coach" in NCAA and "coach suggestions" in Madden.

I'm digging what I'm seeing in CPU vs CPU in NCAA 14 though. I don't know if I have the patience to stick it out with CLE in Madden though LOL

Of late I've been wondering if those practice sessions for in-game boosts are more important than I gave them credit for being

Ok so i'm playing cpu v cpu and not controlling any players. All-Madden difficulty on Slow speed.

I'm the Patriots playing against the Texans and I was floored when I saw this.

Unreal. They got the TD too. No running into kicker penalty but I think I turned that off from a slider-set that I inputted.

In week 2 w/ CLE I started out as coach mode and was down 10-31 at halftime. With 6:36 left in the game after switching back to CPU vs CPU and just taking what comes, we're down 28-31

Ok so I've played a few games and had very good results so I wanted to give everyone my minor adjustments and see ur results. First of all make sure u turn coach mode on in the main menu. This allows you to play key moments every now and then if you choose and call a play in key situations as a real head coach may do in real life. Once u call the play the only thing u have to do is snap the ball then set the controller down. The game will still play on its own. As for sliders anything I set for cpu I set for the user as well. I play on all madden slow game speed. The only sliders I've adjusted are qb acc: 43, wr catch: 45, fumbles: 51 (this seems to have toned down all the sack fumbles. I still see some but it's not outrageous), interceptions: 40. I'm still messing with special teams sliders but so far I've got fg power: 47, fg accuracy: 43, punt power: 40 and the rest default. Penalties is still a wip but I've seen good results with these so far offsides: 62, false start: 60, holding: 57, defensive holding: 60, face mask: 52, dpi: 54 ( I may be bumping this up soon), illegal block in the back: 51, roughing passer: 51. Now these sliders have so far given me varied gameplay but provided realistic stats. Remember that u can't judge off 1 game. Play a handful of games with these sliders then check what the stats average out at. I've been pretty satisfied so far and I feel like slight adjustments will make this play perfect.

Dman, why did you raise fumbles to 51? I know you said it helps with QB sack fumbles? But what about other player fumbles?

Yeah Skins that was all your boy RGIII. I'm looking at things now to see if there's a pattern with training. They CPU suggest what I should train on but I pick my training passed on what my opponent does the most offensively and defensively. Though J. Forsett rushed for right around 100 YDS on us, you can see that the team YDS were just realistic.

In my next game we have MIA and my training was against Cover 2 which is the shell they run the most and inside runs which is what they do the most. I should have game results for that later. We didn't do well in training for offense and I SIM defense since they want you to actively participate so we only get a +1 boost!
