    Playbook Organization

One thing I would like to see brought back/in future iterations of the game is the ability to move specific plays around within a formation in your playbook. I like things nice an organized so if I want to choose between one of 3 different Cover 3 plays in a formation, I wish I had the ability to line them all up on a given slide. As it stands now you have to basically memorize where all of your plays are on your sometimes up to 7-8 slides. When you play on a 16 second run off or are only given a few seconds on defense to choose a play this can be quite hectic.

    I agree with you.

Just curious, because i don't use the feature, but if you know the play you want, can't you just narrow it down by choosing "play type" and find it quickly?

That could work in some situations I suppose. But I'm the type that automatically looks at offensive personnel, then I try to pick the right formation package, then play.

I feel like doing it the concept way first is less intuitive.

In M12, I used the gameplan feature to achieve this. I gave 5 stars to the first 3 plays, 4 1/12 to the next 3, and so and and so forth. I just wish they would fully implement the gameplan feature again. You are definitely not alone in your frustration with the playcall system. I grab about 60 plays from my core offensive custom playbook that I am going to run with and use that playbook for awhile. I also map out my formation audibles so I can find go to plays quickly. Hard to get used to, after using gameplan for so long.

It's still a race vs the clock, instead of cycling though all the plays, now you need to cycle through all of the formations to get to the play you want with the formation you want. It's a little easier that way, but I'd still like the option to organize my playbook in the order I want it
