After the NCAA debacle, create or edit draft classes won't ever be in a EA football game.

You can currently edit draft classes in madden. However, you can only do immediately after the draft.

We want a more streamlined way of editing draft class before the draft.

An easier way to do 32 team control and get CPU-CPU gameplay without all of the workarounds like in 2K and in previous maddens

From NCAA, the ability to organize plays in a custom playbook so that they can appear in whichever order you would like

The devs need to play OOTP Baseball and notice how detailed you can get with the deployment of your players. You set a guy to play every so-often, and the game EXECUTES it. Every time. Just get things technically sound and reliable as far as roster management, audibles, and everything the user sets up in Franchise Mode. Have it WORK. Make it rock solid.

See the problem is that OOTP is a text sim. Madden has gameplay and other modes to worry about.

After playing around for awhile it seems like nothing will work or even help it short of playing on rookie and turning off fatigue. Almost a game breaker for me. I wonder if they are going to tone it down at all.

Tendencies and more sliders like 2k has. 2k's injury system. (I think HC 09 had something similar) Create/edit draft. Historical stats and awards like M12 had. Better relocation.

It's a damn shame 2k's gameplay sucks.

This is laughably incorrect. If you think the gameplay in 2K is poor, you are either lying or you have absolutely no idea how to properly evaluate basketball gameplay. 2K's AI realism, in terms of comparing stars & teams to how their real life counterparts play, is off the charts.

You clearly don't play or watch basketball. 2k's AI is complete trash, it doesn't resemble real basketball. The mycareer mode is made as a VC grab. MyGM/League gets a bunch of marketable features every year but the mode always has major issues when you get a few years in.

from ncaa 14 coach mode

keep hold of ball shorter runs
long runs ball security is less

that sort of thing

strip ball fail tackle risk if you need a turnover etc

I'm probably in a vast minority here, but I'd like to see a RTTS-like, true player-only mode. You run the play the AI coach calls, you have to earn your spot and you get drafted by whoever drafts you. I like playing with a defensive player (SS or MLB usually). If I play offense I like to be the TE. Those guys aren't out there calling the plays in real life.

I want to see a fantasy option. You and 9 friends do a fantasy draft and then you play a 12 game schedule with your teams. This would be incredibly awesome.

I want the option to export my franchise teams. This may have been in old madden games, but I don't remember. I used to do this in nba 2k games, and it's fun to watch 2 of my teams go against each other.

From the PS2 era Maddens the mini-camp drills in the offseason in Franchise Mode, Custom packages and Formations and the ability to pump fake directionally
