The best 3 weeks of Madden every year are the first 3 after release...unless you live for nano-style blitzes or glitches or money routes being re-discovered from previous years...
The game drops and 95% of the online crowd is hopelessly bad.
My only desire is to have someone finish a damn game because in the 1st weeks the field is as level as its going to get and there is no one running unstoppable BS the first few days...by the end of the 3rd week the gameplay online devolves back to what it always is...money plays, glitches, and quitters. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
I predict that by September 15th someone is going to have discovered a way to totally exploit precision passing and ID the Mike and it will make the Defensive AI brain dead and a constant victim of 1-Play TDs...then there will be a promised "patch" to fix it and something else will break...just like always. EA is hopelessly unable to field test the game...which is why we get patches now...for those who complain about that, remember the days when there were ZERO patches in a release and the only solution was to deal with it or quit playing...
Just glad to see the Coach Adjustments finally brought over from the NCAA ideas well...Superstar Players and HFA screen-shaking can't be far behind...
