    I hear ya, used to do the same thing on the Genesis, used big spreadsheets. I'd even cut out helmet pics and paste them into the proper divisions, even do newspaper type blurbs about what happened in each of the games.

      Wow. Now I'm gonna really date myself: my brother and I used to do that with Tecmo Super Bowl. It did season play (you hear that, EA? Even a game on the NES could handle a simple season) but we'd keep track of stats.

        Im like you guys, season mode offlilne guy, wish it was back. Hate CFM because of all the reasons mentioned here.

        The play now mode I like since it has real life rosters or will try to. I tried some Play Now games on the EA Access version. You get no options though rosters wise. The game just starts with the real life rosters loaded.
