    Tips for disguising Defensive looks

Guys what are your tips for disguising Defensive looks for user games? I usually struggle with finding ways to disguise my coverage so I thought I'd turn to OS for some support, plus I'm sure a few others might benefit from this.

    Thanks in advance!

      Nickel 2-4-5 gap defense...
It brings majority of your players to the line it looks like everyone is going to blitz.. You can disguise zones, zone blitzes, all out blitzes, You can call blitz and manual put players in zone depending on what your opponents offense scheme has been running... Theres a lot more that can be done but this is just a summary while I typed

I'm thinking show blitz is going to be a staple this year with the new identify the mike feature. If you identify the wrong guys the blocking completely breaks down and I've opted to just not use it when the entire D shows blitz.

-A little off the topic, the ID the mike has been working great for me though on blitz heavy players. what I'm trying to figure out is how slide protect works with it or if it should even be used with it at all.

sadly this is about the only 2 options we have, which is pretty sad really.Really wish they would add an option to disguise any playcall on defense.

Would love to know that too. I thought EA shelved slide protection in favor of "Id the Mike". I mean sliding the line was a way of telling the linemen which way the pressure was supposed to come from and pick the rusher from that side so in theory it did the same thing as ID'ing the Mike. Would love to know if I'm wrong and what the difference between the two (slide protection and ID the Mike) is.
