What would you pay for as DLC in Madden?
We all know games are chasing after market sales more than ever. What started out as a nice way for low budget producers of phone apps that gave their product away free to make some money has at this time taken over AAA gaming.

Re: What would you pay for as DLC in Madden?
My first idea is specific coach schemes instituted with the actual coach's input. The mike ditka defense for example where ea would bring him in and work with him. The coach would decide which plays were in his playbook and how they would be rated for situations. Overalls would be determined by what that coach looks for at each position. In schemes it would show what the positions are by what they are in that scheme. I could imagine paying ten bucks to run the ditka or labeau defense or the mike matrtz or mcarthy offense if it was implemented to feel real. -
Re: What would you pay for as DLC in Madden?
I'd pay for historic teams, but I don't think they can afford to license enough players to make that workable. It's easy for the NBA games where they only need to get like seven guys for a team, but NFL teams you've got 22 starters and then another 10 or so key backups who play a lot. 30+ players per team is a lot even if you're filling in with generic players as backups.Comment

I'd happily pay for a classic season. All the teams and stadiums from a certain year.Comment

Re: What would you pay for as DLC in Madden?
Realistically, I would probably be willing to pay a little extra for anything that made the franchise mode more realistic. I would not be happy with it, and definitely not interested in paying a significant amount of money, but that is the mode I bought the game to play.
Anything else, I probably would not be interested.Comment

Re: What would you pay for as DLC in Madden?
i am not a online person but if i could open mut packs and use the legends in my franchise then i would purchase card packs in hopes of getting my heros
in my franchise mode for offline use.
i also would pay for old stadiums not being used no more like the pontiac silverdome or some others like seattle kingdome etc
i would pay to be able to use my teams players loading screens instead of tom brady or team specific splash screens thru out the whole game.
and more uniformsComment

I'd also pay a little for the hand-crafted draft classes of the four draft paths in Head Coach 09. Yeah, give me Xavier Cox again! (He can't be created in Madden 18, btw; his last name is considered "too obscene" and rejected.)Comment

Re: What would you pay for as DLC in Madden?
Will never pay anything beyond the retail cost of the game. Going down the "pay extra for DLC" path is a slippery slope and where do you draw the line? Eventually the paid DLC will become the norm and the "must haves" would become part of paid DLC instead of "nice to haves".Comment

More control in general. I'd pay for a franchise presentation on par with the two major 2004 games as well (combining the two).Originally posted by Therebelyell626I am going to create a team called "the happy town fundament rapscallions" and hurt your already diminishing image

90 man roster, cpu to cut players after pre wk 4 game, proper starter snaps in preseason, off def coordinators, 15 minute quarter sliders, traits like the ps2 days, position battles, halftime and weekly shows, ability to open stadiums, TATTOOS...
