I play at 40 or 45 speed threshold and never see the pancake glitch. So that can be debunked.

What if anything but default 50 threshold disables the CPU Pass commit??
What a very " Par for the course" find that would be.

I think we are best suited sticking to the posting guidelines suggested for this thread rather than throwing theories out here and there. Stick to showing proof of it happening and the exact settings you used when it happened. That is the only way to debug the glitch.

Potentially HUGE find! Played with speed threshold at "0" and saw NO pancake glitch. Still testing, but Matt10 may be on to something there.

I saw it plenty on 0. It seems even worse on 25 for some reason. This game is weird...

No adjustments or audibles. Coaching adjustments are all on default.

I'm up 27 - 3 with 7:40 left in the 4th quarter. Doesn't make any sense for the cpu to pass commit.

I initially chose Levels Y Sail and then audibled to an inside run.

Simming defense, so I'm not sure what defense was called. Possibly Cover 2 man?

I read somewhere that this was because the CPU AI Commit to Pass or run and you got them by "surprise" not sure if this is the actual issue but i can guarantee that this was added in patch 1.04.

As a workaround what if you do the coach mode thing like we did back in 2016 to avoid the conference thing-. Does anyone tried this? they still commit?

This is totally ruining the game for me...just ran for 243 yds on 11 carries with the Browns against the Chiefs. Sorry I dont have the specific details. Not sure I can continue playing the game like this it’s totally unrealistic...
