Madden '19 being the best Madden of all time... is a Long Shot.

Madden '04 is still the best. I was ecstatic when I found it in a pile of Playstation games a while back. Customization, retro teams, and strong modes.

I'll probably do the same as I did in M18. Play it through once and never touch it again. Unless they've significantly change the format of the mode. There's only so much mid-pass telekinesis I can tolerate.

My Longshot ended up on the Jags and Holt? The WR was a Titan.

Going to be interesting to see that rivalry develop.

they are going with a predetermined story of Wade being a URFA on the Cowboys and Colt not getting into the league

I'm really looking forward to it, I loved it in Madden 18.

I couldn't even get through it in Madden 18...it was basically a "next" button through an average, at best, indie movie.

I did not play it last year and will not play it this year.

I believe it should be a stand-alone game and should not be included on Madden. I am not a fan of this type of story based sports games.

I will play it. The story was well written in M18. It had a lot of the nice "hooks" that draw the audience into the characters which made it worth the time spent. The rewards after completing the mode were alright; I hope this iteration will have better rewards, meaning their value lasts at least a month in MUT and are fun in CFM.

I thought the story was okay last year, but I could not get behind Wade's character. The guy was sulky, had no self-confidence, and was uncertain of everything. I don't think any team would have wanted him on their roster, much less as a QB.

Don't plan on playing this year, but who knows, I may get a wild urge one day and give it a go. All in all, I don't think anyone would miss it and I wish those resources were used on other aspects of the game.

Played it last year after the Super Bowl when I got tired of playing franchise for a little bit. Will probably do the same this year.
