Why doesn't EA hire people from this forum for a few months to help generate ideas and make this game as good as it should be. With all the millions of copies this makes them, hiring 10-20 people to help come up with ideas that the community actually wants. Thanks for all of these posts everyone, good stuff.

Besides, Tiburon already has a years-long backlog of ideas they haven't gotten around to. They don't need more idea guys.Comment

Ideas are worthless without the ability to implement them, and within aggressive money and time budgets in the specific case of video games. Most people on this forum won't bring that skill set with them if Tiburon were to bring them in.

As it would be a dream come true in some alternate universe that we would have the chance to work alongside a team that creates a game that we are so passionate about, I am just simply trying to get my ideas out to the people who CAN implement them. They do claim to read these forums on a daily basis.
To be honest, I am really rooting and pulling for EA to finally step up their franchise/presentation and pass by their competition once and for all. I’m tired of seeing them be second or third to other sports franchises when it comes to these two aspects of the game. I really believe there are a lot of guys on that team that think and want the same things as us but are held down by other agendas EA has for making money on Madden every year.

Re: PRESENTATION:TIME FOR A CHANGE PART II
You're lucky, half the time I just get a blank view of the field with no players.... How they released this is beyond me. The fact the game is basically the same as last years. Hopfully this is dude to me using player mode and if so still unsat.Comment

Re: PRESENTATION:TIME FOR A CHANGE PART II
Great write-up.
If I were to throw Any suggestions, it would be upgraded stadiums.
Similar to the way the coaches office gets a super bowl trophy after winning the super bowl, stadiums should add/ upgrade banners within the stadium after winning a super bowl, conference, or division.Comment

Re: PRESENTATION:TIME FOR A CHANGE PART II
I second this..They also need to fix injuries and player kards. We should b able to see how many Superbowls won and how many probowls and teams a player has played on..Duce D plans he had in place for this game is needed. I think Rex Left Bekause he knew this wasn't enough and he knew more kould've been added to this year's game. They keep forgetting the things that will keep this game going. The Draft is just sad and it's Sad how EA will put this game out by just adding a small kover up paint job.SMH....Im passing once again..I'll wait on NBA 2K19..Realism is all through that game...Damn EA look in these forums and read and take notes and make a effort with this game..Comment

Re: PRESENTATION:TIME FOR A CHANGE PART II
Could not agree more with these things.
The one thing I’ll add is the super-lazy end game presentation. They take screenshots (often random ones) from throughout the game and just do a slideshow. Just, wow, EA. That would have been really awesome on Madden 98.
Where’s the video? Where are the cut scenes of players meeting, hugging, talking out on the field.
I haven’t played Madden regularly for years, and this is my first Madden that I’m trying to get really into since about Madden 05. I am already completely bored with the presentation after a week or so, I cant imagine if I had been playing this game for the past few years.
I’m also a little spoiled because I’ve played The Show religiously for the last 10 or so years. And that game is arguably the most polished game I’ve ever played. So it’s hard to move to a game where the presentation is so lackluster.

Re: PRESENTATION:TIME FOR A CHANGE PART II
Lacking soul is a really, really great way to describe my biggest disappointment with CFM and I never even considered the word.
CFM just feels so... empty most of the time. There's never a feeling that I'm in my own football universe that is shaping around me. Every game feels the same outside of minor differences that you quickly forget. If I manage to make it to the Super Bowl, the entire game should be unlike every I've played up that point in the season.
I agree so much with the OP and I do really hope they continue to chisel and chip away at it. What they've done this year at least makes me hope they won't just forget about improving presentation for CFM (though the cynic in me says the new things we received this year will be our 'new additions' for the next two-five iterations of Madden).
Part of me has a disdain for modes like MUT and Longshot because those valuable resources, especially for a game produced year in and year out, could be all pooled into CFM but if some people like those modes I can't complain too much. It just feels like the Madden team gets stretched far too thin every year for every mode now."Pop-Tarts? Did you say you have Pop-Tarts?"Comment
