    98% agree. The only thing i liked better in the old system is you could select the scheme for each position. As a head football coach i should be able to run my own scheme.

      The other sports games (2K, The Show, maybe even NHL?) do it best where you can train players to focus on specific sets of attributes but they progress on their own. Coaches influence progression but they arent the sole reason for it.

      I agree 100% with the others that say its practice > progression > performance, and not performance > progression.

        The system that they implemented in M19 and they have in M20 is the best progression system to date in my opinion.

          Definitely not. That system was awful. This one isn't perfect, but it's wayyyyyyy better than that trash. People could max out every single stat if they wanted so every online league had tons of guys with 99 speed, agility, accel.
