Y isn't just jump anymore - it can trigger a whole bunch of different reactions depending on the situation.

Do you happen to know which of the trainers will teach me what the different catch buttons do?

“A” button is for possession catch. Receiver will catch the ball and fall to the ground or try to keep feet inbounds when near sideline or back of the end zone.

“X” button is for RAC ( run after catch). Receiver will catch the ball and try to gain more yards.
