Sorry for the stupid question but for some reason when I enter an online game I see the other persons headset icon up by their name but I don’t have one. I plugged my ear bud into the controller but it’s not showing up. I’ve gone through all of the settings and can’t seem to find how to activate it. Thanks for your help.

Anyone? lol Just to be clear... I do hear the other person through my controller but the headset icon isn't showing up at the top of the screen for me and therefore my opponent can't hear me. -

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with this. I tried chatting with EA and the guy was clueless... I connect my ear bud and can hear myself talk and hear the game and my opponent but it's not showing up at the top of my tv that I have a headset connected and can chat. My opponents can't hear me. Any help please. I've been all over the settings on the PS5 and in Madden but can't find out why chat is not enabled for me. Thank you.Comment
