Is this the buggiest Madden release ever, or did I get a bad DL?

I've really enjoyed the gameplay this year (aside from the target passing, I just can't justify figuring out the mechanic when I can still lead my receiver with standard passing).

I'm playing the game on the Series X, and as much as I enjoy the game, it's nearly unplayable because of a series of bugs I've been dealing with. The worst I already reported in the bug thread--one of my franchise saves just became unplayable. Whenever I'd load a game or scenario cutscene, the screen would black out during "loading" and crash to my Xbox home screen 100% of the time.

Begrudgingly started a new franchise save, but now there seems to be some server-related bug. Whenever I'm on the franchise home screen, I keep getting an error message saying I've been booted from my league due to inactivity. This will happen when I'm trying to re-sign, upgrade, trade, or just check stats. It's pretty annoying because frequently the game won't have autosaved, so I'll lose all my progress re-signing players, or even start from the previous week. It happens pretty frequently whenever I'm on the franchise menu, usually every minute and a half or so. My internet connection is pretty average and I've never had this issue on previous Maddens.

Tl;dr, my franchise mode has been two save files, one of which won't even load anymore, and the other one has me rushing to get all my activities done in a minute or less in between starting the games. I can't be the only one dealing with this, right?

I started getting booted from my league today. Prior to today had no issue at all beginning this morning and continuing through now I might as well stop trying to do anything. Series X also.

About as close as I've ever come to smashing my controller against the wall. Got most of the way through the draft, got the booted due to inactivity notification, then when I re-loaded my franchise, I was back at the beginning of free agency.

I'd gladly switch over to offline franchise to avoid the issue (or at least be able to manually save), but I think I heard that the busted sim stats are back, so alas.

Madden's ability to identify and fix bugs during play-testing has gotten progressively worse every year.

I haven't seen any game breaking glitches on my copy, but my brother has been plagued by black screens and other glitches. I think it just depends on the copy. Who knows. Hopefully within a week or 2 we have a patch fixing all this.
