Damn! really? using the Steelers with Watt, Heyward and Highsmith and adjusting cpu pass block to 0 (to try and help with the pattycake stuff) I have been unsuccessful generating any real pressure.

I'm also really tired of the "ping pong" running, the cpu rb's just bouncing off of tacklers like they aren't even there.

I was really hoping with access to the beta a second time around some tweaks would have been made....about the only thing I noticed is the ball physics on punts seem to be a little better.

Got another sack and forced a fumble. No blitz. Also get a couple of interceptions. I wasn't getting those in the original Beta. But that could be placebo. I'm also still throwing a ton of interceptions. So that hasn't changed. LOL. That's all on me.

Ya know, now that you say it, I feel as if the adjusted the run game a tad to go back to that, I ran into the back of my o line (my fault) bounced back 2 yards and just dropped lol

I briefly messed around in practice on offense this morning.

It feels like the combined OL AWR thresholds for how often the automatic ID The Mike succeeds may have increased on All Madden difficulty? The opposing CPU defense was routinely getting the left end free when the defenders aligned in Nickel Double Mug looks as my protection was routinely just sticking to the five nearest threats.

Granted. This impression is from playing for no more than five minutes. And the LG and C for the Cowboys in the beta do have low AWR. Possible that this is just placebo. But the difference was immediate and noticeable.

Eh, a man can dream.

I'll fire it up and see if I can try Khalib's suggestion of arcade mode.

It was a concern I had in the original beta as well, and it seems like it carried over into the 2nd go around...now to be fair I didn't see any gameplay tweaks being made, but I WAS hoping that something would have been tweaked.

I mean Chubb just ping ponging off of would be tackles from Watt and Heyward? even though he was caught dead to rights? and to make matters worse Clevelands RB Felton juking and jiving and bouncing off tackles...you would swear it's a Barry Sanders clone...lol

It's still way too easy to run outside. They also increased pass rush which is a big win.

CPU vs CPU games look really pretty.Every game on default All-pro as it stands now is a shootout. Really wish heavy snow was an option in the game. you can get heavier snow in the playoff blizzard scenario in franchise but it's not selectable in play now.

I think the presentation is still too much in a hurry and too tightly shot. I really like the organic celebrations after some touchdowns where the camera is still zoomed out. It's a really seamless moment. Same problems with replays as well. Too many camera cuts and still too zoomed in to really sell the story of the play.

Currently watching a game between the Chiefs-Vikings. There have been 2 penalties called, one for Holding and one for a Illegal Forward Pass in the 1st quarter so far. We'll see how it goes.

I'm still not quite sure how I feel about All-Madden, other than I think it needs slider tweaks. I'm just not sure what ones, and the ones I have that work well for 23 don't work well for 24.

I definitely enjoy that the CPU has the ability to kick my ***, since that never happened in 23, but I'm having a lot of trouble gaining any ground in fighting back. It's much harder than it ever has been. I would beat the AI too easily on All-Pro the first go around with the beta, even with their ability to comeback once halftime hit, I can barely score on All-Madden. It was the same the first run of the beta.

I consider myself a good player, and I'm very sim oriented, but this year the AI is just absolutely relentless. Any tips? Either slider based or just gameplay/gameplan wise, I'll take it all.
