    Is it possible to play a cold weather game without snow in exhibition mode?

      No, some reason they took away that option Years ago. Only way it happens is in franchise mode.

              Weather has not been in the fore front in Madden the last 12 years. Madden 02 was Madden best year of weather. You had sliders for wind, precipitation, temperature and fog. You could make some nice combos and unique weather situations. Madden 05 had somewhat dynamic weather by halves. That was the last innovation of weather in Madden.
