Re: NCAA Football 14/Madden 19 Draft Class Conversion (PC)
You need to put it in "C:\Users\{Your PC Name}\Documents\Madden NFL 19\settings"
From there you will need to load them from inside a CFM.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 14/Madden 19 Draft Class Conversion (PC)
EDIT
Draft classes uploaded to OP.
Defense and kickers are done. Ratings conversion is officially complete. Everything looks great. Really glad to complete this part.
Draft rank is also complete. I found a really cool way to base this off of their Ovr in NCAA with a small wrinkle. Turned out great and was really easy to set. It's so dynamic too. Because my ratings formula contains the gem/bust (no idea why I kept calling it gem/stud lol) feature but the draft rankings are more static (not completely but pretty close). This means, depending on the randomizer, it could be very accurate or really off.
Next up is to figure out how to set traits. The only for sure for me is High Motor set to off. I hate that trait. Big Hitter should go to guys with high Hit Power. Other then that I'll have to play with it some. Still not sure if I want to base it off of ratings or percentage. I'm leaning towards ratings for most of them with Dev Trait being more off a percentage. Same with Clutch.
I will try to upload 3 more full test classes later today so you can see what the entire class looks like.
FYI just to check, those of you who did download the draft classes, did they load okay for you?

Here ya go. Draft Classes are attached now. Not the csv files. Sorry about that. Remember this is still an ongoing process. These are 3 classes with the same players but different ratings based on my formulas. Ratings are done but I'm still working on traits and a few other things before even thinking about releasing actual classes.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 14/Madden 19 Draft Class Conversion (PC)
UPDATE 12/15/18
All traits are now done. Most are based on ratings now which I think makes it more realistic. Dev is based on draft projection and percentages. Clutch is also based on percentages.
Next up is faces. This was a very hard thing to find. It was under an unknown tab (actually 2 of them). I am not sure exactly how the numbers work yet so it's going to take some trial and error to get right. Lot's of combinations. After I get this done it's really just body size stuff which I'm hoping won't take to long to get right.Comment

UPDATE 12/19/18
Skin tone/face and portraits are mostly done. I say mostly because I am still experiencing a few glitchy things. Basically there are three separate values that are used for these. One for portrait and two for skin tone and face. The dumb part is it isn't as simple as a value for skin tone, a value for face, and a value for portrait. It's all tied together. Anyways long story short it was a bitch to get this all to work right. I had to just go through and find out the values for every face in the game (250+). Now I'd say 95% goes off without a hitch when loaded. But I've seen a few where the portrait doesn't match the skin tone/face (IE a white portrait and a black skin tone/face). Which doesn't make sense because I've matched everything up. UGH!!! The other glitchy thing is occasionally when looking at the player in the edit menu his face is invisible. Again not sure why. An easy fix for this is to just select a face. You can also do nothing and I don't think it matters. Honestly this wouldn't affect anything really and I don't know when you play a game if this would even still be an issue or not. So I think I'm done with this part and will just have to go with the small hiccups because I don't see a fix. But all NCAA players will come into Madden now with correct skin tone and similar faces/portraits (minus hiccups).
As for body types I think I will use the Madden template because they seem pretty solid. All that is left is to do a few equipment things and I think I'll be ready for a test run with these.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 14/Madden 19 Draft Class Conversion (PC)
Think I just found the mother load going through the frosty editor. Found a massive .db file in the legacy viewer that seems to have every setting for every player/roster thing in the game with corresponding values. This might allow me to do more equipment edits as well as fix the stupid issues I'm having with skin tone/ faces and portraits. Wish I had found this sooner lol.
