This was the weirdest interview I have ever done....the guy sat there and held the mic out but he wasn't even looking at me through the whole thing. He seemed really bored or something, he was looking around the room at the other games and stuff, so I basically had to just sit there and talk to someone for 15 minutes who wasn't paying attention to me.
Don't you love how those game channels, like GT and g4, treat sports games like the red headed bastard stepchild, despite wiping the floor with their favorite geek *** RPG or Dance Dance Revolution in sales every year.Comment

Don't really like how the defenders are doing insta-turns and sometimes there behavior is somewhat quirky.
Also I think the OL/DL needs a bit of tweaking.Check out www.fieldgulls.com if you are a Seahawks fan.Comment

Great it looks amazing. Just one liitle request or advice. It looks like you guys basically updated everything in terms of realism but the socks are still lokking like madden 07 with not too much realism to it. Like in the NFL, different guys where their socks at different sock levels. Like some guys where black socks all the way down till like their angles where they have small white socks. They're not all just half and half. So a cool like option with like creating players and variety with existing players would be pretty cool. And with the socks, it'd be cool if they could get like pulled down after a play or like wrinkled, cause it seems sorta fake that after going through huge piles, their stockings are perfectly fit. Also, can you add knee braises? THANKSComment

Overall I'm very pleased with what I've seen of M10.
I think the advantages of this Pro-Tak will really make a big impact on how the game will play and feel. I'm pretty confident that Madden '10' isn't going to seem like the same ole...same ole.1969 NFL ChampionsComment

One thing I just noticed from watching it again is that at the end of the video, around the running play, if you look at the play call screen a lot of the players are in the red or yellow with fatigue. Hopefully fatigue will play a bigger factor overall in this game.Comment

If fatigue does play a greater role, do you think that say, number 73 is fatigued then a window would pop up and say "#73 is fatigued would you like to sub?" Or some such business. That would be pretty cool right?

my only problem is i think players fall backwards to much on gang tackles with more than three players, im mean Heath Miller should have scored on that play. you can fall foward and other ways on gang tackles.Comment

I didnt see any cutscenes after a play. I hope they do add cutscenes like 2k5 has, especially since that was the Superbowl in the video. Hopefully the final build wont disappointComment

Run blocking still horrible. Pass blocking looks improved though, although I still see OL standing in the backfield doing nothing. I hope they fix the pro tak tug of war thing like on the Heath Miller play. That looked bad & I can see a glitch allowing that to go on for 10 to 20 yrds down field if they dont nip it now. This was the best gameplay video I've seen thus far.
Best Part - GAME SPEED slowed down(plus, there's a Game Speed slider for us to fine tune even more) . Looks like we'll actually be able to enjoy the game this year(and my wife won't think I'm having those "video game seizures" they always warn us about)!
Least Favorite Part (assuming the Heath Miller pile hiccup-type animation won't occur in final version) - having the the generic legs of the Steeler's sideline players and the helmets of their on field players show on the play call screen. That was visually askew in my opinion. An anomaly??Comment
