lol..for those saying are you serious? I said that because the guy said about 8 posts until something negative. So yea...anyways-I AM half serious, but they are good as usual. You guys are quick to jump on the great madden bandwagon just from pictures though..to add-does anyone actually look whether or not a guy has a mouthpiece in or short socks..

When the graphics look as good as they do, these little details become more and more noticeable.

The fact that the things we complain about graphically are getting more nitpicky is actually a good thing.

Just saw the real vs Madden comparison shots;what's the problem with the Skins' helmets? Looks identical to me?

The madden skins FM looks to bright yellow. The skins is orange and dark.

Wow I actually had to do a double take to find out which was was the real thing. Guys you dont think we are nitpicking a little bit complaining about a gap in the stripe? Is this game going to be that good that we are talking about socks, cleats, and helmet stripes. IAN in you we Trust!!

No. Uniform errors are not a nitpick. Mouthpieces, specific gloves, colored cleats... those are nitpicks. The uniforms should be accurate. The Redskins have never ever ever EVER worn a helmet that didn't have a space between the white & yellow stripes. It's not a glaring mistake, and fans of 31 other teams might not notice or care, but I'm sure if you're a Redskins fan it's going to piss you off playing every game with a messed up uniform.

Agreed Raiders. We can come off as nitpicking or whiners but there is a 23 page thread on uniform corrections. Uniforms should be accurate period.

I see it now. It's not a glaring game killer mistake though, is it?

For me, a glaring uniform mistake was in 08 with the Brown's away uniforms being totally wrong; the brown pants with striped socks were horrible.

But for the record, I guess if I were a Skins fan, I'd be miffed that after all these years the stripe was still wrong.

I love how you can see the pads through the shirt. I can tell from the pic that Troy is wearing white shoulder pads, thats awesome.
