You'll never see many penalties even if maxed out, for example in 16 games with nearly all maxed I've seen no offensive interference, intentional grounding, or roughing the passer.

But I have had about three defensive PI's called on the CPU.

Yep. If sliders work, everybody wins.

Operative word being 'if'. But have they ever, really?

I've played 2 exhibiton, 4 preseason and 1 reg season game. I've had 2 PI calls against me and 4 against the CPU total.

I have both offensive and defense PI set to 80 and have played about 6 games. I've seen it called on the cpu twice. Both times it was against the defender when I had a receiver running over the middle and the defender got in the way of me getting to the spot.

I just had one last night called against the CPU using Bill Harris sliders.

I was shocked. That was more that I've seen it called in 07, 08 and 09 combined.

                I'm thinking it happens randomly.

I've had a grounding call on me.. but only when I chose to throw the ball away in the pocket. So, that slider works.

I've never had or seen PI in about 10-12 games. I've never had a late hit on the QB either called, even though I've probably drilled QBs a few seconds after they released the ball.

Late hits out of bounds though happened twice to me.. although both times have been AI players making an unnecessary hit after I've already forced the player out of bounds.
