Hey good observation. Thought I was the only one who noticed that. I did address that issue in my Madden 10 game guide thread here. http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ers-guide.html
I even have a video of it, 3rd video down.
Yea that video with the defenders running routes before the recievers is a critical issue...Defenders react...All defenders...The one advantage the offense has is knowning what's suppose to happen...Like the snap count, the routes, the supposed blocking assignments(which is none in madden 10)What's Understood Ain't Gotta Be Explained...But You Don't Understand Me So Let Me Explain...o_0Comment

Re: Madden NFL 10 Q&A Blog with the Dev Team
It's going to be hilarious, yet familiarly frustrating when the blog comes out and only answers 10 out of all of these questions.
And the 10 it answers will be ones we already know the answers to.
Not like asking these questions is going to make the game any better. It's just going to confirm what we already know, or will know when the patch comes out. It won't make any difference as to what the patch, or future versions of Madden will contain.
So here is my question...
Do you guys really use these questions in any kind of productive matter, or are they purely for the purpose of making it look like you care?Comment

Re: Madden NFL 10 Q&A Blog with the Dev Team
Lol i know right... and why are the patches always "waiting for approval" by ms and sony? He said the patch is done on they're end on sept. 2nd... i dont think ms and sony would be delaying a patch that long. This is the same stuff i heard last year.
With that said, i never worked in the video game industry so i dont know what goes on behind closed doors.
ms/sony test every single piece of software that gets sent through their online services to make sure the updates meet their specifications and do not cripple the system. this process takes around 2 weeks, usually.Comment
