Didn't buy it, waiting to next year for (hopefully) major changes to offline franchise and OL/DL play.

Snaz i dont believe we're haters. Iv'e purchased Madden every year since it first came out. If I was a ***** of this game, i wouldnt be doing that. If I could remember what i paid for the game its first few years, i would estimate to date that i have spent upwards of 750 to 1000 dollars supporting just madden. *****, no, getting tired of issues in this game that shouldnt be, yes.

Yeah I guess when I run toss plays and have my lead blockers turn around and block the de on the otherside of the field I can pretend he "missed a block".

I know I deal with it too. But is it stoping you from playing or just making the game harder to play, I'd 7 out 10 times the Lead Blocker takes the right defender on Toss plays, and then the other times he goes for the wrong defender and leave you one on one to make a move or break a tackle.. All I'm saying is I love football I gonna play it intill the end of the NFL season, wheather or not the guy blocks the right guy or someone runs throu a guy.. I love Madden..

I bought Madden 10 on launch day and have played it maybe 3 times. I just can't play it knowing that it's broken. I hate that I shelled out $60.00 for this and I want to play but can't bring myself to do it. I will wait it out for the patches and hopefully the offline franchise will be playable, but until then it's just sitting there collecting dust. Am I the only one?

Your not the only one but you guys are sure the minority..alot of us including myself are having a blast with the game. I understand everyone is different but some of you guys are going way overboard by not playing this game..its not like its "broken" as you say..it has bugs and glitches here and there but what game dont? It boils down to the passion you have for gaming..some are nitpicky and expect perfection or they get grumpy..and others such as myself can accept the fact that not everything will be perfect and true to life and enjoy the game for what it is..that my friend is a defination of a gamer

By the way, this weekend im having a grill out with friends over for the madden tourney im hosting at my house.. around 300 bucks for winner..50 dollar fee to enter..we got like 6 guys now..its gonna be a blast!

play it every day...Great game and fun at the same time.

It has issues but I am mature enough to understand that this is a video game and not real life.

Waiting on patch to start my season but play exibition every day and testing sliders.

Madden 10 is better than last years turd, but I have been playing NHL 10 all the time since I got it, and I don't even watch hockey. So like I have said before,make this a sim and I will be in heaven, stop making me pay for every little thing and I will be happy, and stop; I mean please stop putting dumb A.I. in these games, It insults our intelligence of the game.

That was funny, but true. I tested this out myself, and on 15 running plays w/ Brandon Jacobs, 13 of them had either my OL or TE(I don't even want to get started on my WRs) running away from defenders directly in front of us to block people behind me in pursuit and leaving me one on one w/ a CB or OLB. I did run nothing but outside pitches and handoffs to try and induce these scenarios of one or two defenders to beat w/ one or two blockers in front of me.

Anyway, I'm sorry, but that is not proper blocking. Even in pee wee football they teach you to engage the player in front of you.

I will say this game is much better than say Madden 06 (last one I owned) and there is potential here, but Madden's on the shelf (again), possibly forever. This is strike 3 for me if they do not patch it properly and timely.

Good thing I purchased it for $25 off of craigslist about 2 weeks ago .

If you're not playing offfline franchise that's your issue. It's very enjoyable. If you can't get past some bad stat tracking then I'm sorry. You're missing out.

Lol. Another day at OS sports of people that like Madden, ridiculing people that don't.

I know that people that like the game like to think of themselves as higher evolutionary beings, but please give it a rest lol.

Madden Supporter: I know that there are things wrong with the game, but I look past it and still enjoy it and think it's great.

What ever guys. It is so disgusting that the days change yet the posts, largely by the same people, stay the same.

It isn't rocket science. If you like the game or dislike the game, that is great. Just know that not everyone will like or dislike it as much as you. Very hard concept to understand I know, but please try.

I'm having great fun with offline franchise...I'm in year 5 I believe with the Dolphins and never once have I Wanted to quit. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see more than half these problems people complain about. I think some are greatly exaggerated. I'm not saying I haven't seen ANY glitches, because I have. Just not any major ones.
