Funny every1 else noticed grass. My 1st thought was finally they are wearing Nike cleats this year instead of those generic Reeboks. Or did they wear them in M11. I skipped it last year because Ncaa11 was the better game. Just as I skipped Ncaa10 and bought Madden 10 because it was better. Its a simple formula really, no need to complain. haha

Why is there no ESPN integration in Madden yet? Its not an issue, i was just wondering why they havent put it in.

There still could be a chance it's in this year, but I doubt it.

The reason it hasn't been put in yet is because they also have a deal with NFL Network, so they'd be stepping on the other's toes I guess.

I could be wrong, but I think I see the ESPN banner that shows up at the bottom of the screen before games that shows the matchup, stadium, etc., in that shot of Heinz Field. It's a night game since you can see parking lot lights, maybe we have ESPN or MNF presentation in the game?

I know it's an incredibly simplistic view, but I don't see why they couldn't just add both. I mean, I know why they can't, but it would be cool if they could.

Its been awhile since I read this but I remember reading it somewhere. But that is indeed the reason.

Because Madden is NFL exclusive and the NFL has several TV partners, it would be frowned on by the others to have either as the one network used by the only NFL video game.

We have to remember they have deals with Fox, CBS, NBC, ESPN as well as NFL Network. So its more complicated than just having dual networks as DaveyJ suggested.

Good catch on that. I don't think it's an ESPN banner, but something definitely pops up; which would indicate it's a pre-game shot.

It'd be awesome if that happened. NCAA Basketball 10 had both CBS and ESPN graphics, IIRC.

I'd like it in too, or at least some real-life network. But really as long as the presentation/commentary is good enough then it wouldn't bother me if there were EA logos instead of an ESPN one or anything.

Kind of hard to judge, given the limited view, but it still seems as if the player models, lighting, and overall graphics are trailing NCAA, which I find odd given Madden's status as the "lead" title.

I just want to say good job on the teaser video EA. I love that we finally got Custom Playbooks. Looks like the gameplay is a little better. Can't tell much from this video. But it's a good start. I can't wait for the info to start flowing over the coming months.Keep up the good work guys.

Hard for me to get excited about things that have been in past football games. I can at least hope for proper gameplay. But based on past efforts from the Madden team I won't hold my breathe.

Worlds worst teaser ever? maybe. anyways I couldn't make out anything. however from what people have "seen" or are making up or whatever, it sounds like this could be promising.

Look guys, everyone is allowed to have an opinion. As long as it falls within the terms of the TOS then its fine. There is no need to jump on someone because they didn't like what they saw and don't have confidence in EA. Just like there is no need to jump on someone who is optimistic about what they saw and have confidence the game will be good.

Be constructive, state how you feel (within the TOS) and go from there.
