There isn't a super lb or super jump issue. There is a ball trajectory issue.

Watch pass defensed plays from the reverse angle to see for yourself.

It's not about how high a linebacker jumps. It's how quickly they react, and their ability to jump in manners that linebackers cannot really jump (given momentum, change of direction, etc). Trajectory is an issue, but linebackers react like Spiderman.

this will fix trajectory. It allows several different flight patterns for the ball. I guarentee it would give a new feel to passing in madden also.

The "simple fix" is for Donny Moore to make LBs jump rating lower when he does rosters.

that's what I am saying just like they increased player persuit to deal with all the bad angles players were taking

all i know is that this, and pass flight trajectory are two of the biggest problems remaing in the game(asside from O/D line interactins).

Something needs to be done wether its editing the trajectory, the jump ratings, DBs/LBs ability to make unrealistic plays, a new way of being able to throw multiple types of passes........whatever needs to be done, DO IT!!!!

Not being able to throw over a LB to a WR that is clearly deep enough to get the ball over them in realistic situations is very detrimental to game play.

Watch Peyton throw over LBs and under Ss....he does it all the time. Qbs in madden can raely make a throw like the very first throw in this vid and more ofet its luck than skill if they actually do make the throw.
