I returned a kickoff for a TD with the Bears (Knox, I think?), which was cool to see. I played on All-Pro with Slow gamespeed and 40 threshold. I felt like the game was very smooth on these settings and I had a nice back-and-forth game against the Packers.

I deleted the demo after this game, as I've seen all I need to from it to know that I will enjoy the retail version.

Haha! Now that you mention it, you're right. Packers have won it every time for me too.

I've only played with the Bears. And I've won the coin toss both times.

Punting, kicking, and returns are a major part of football and for years punting has been terrible in EA Sports. I can't imagine that another videogame franchise would not have addressed this issue after so many years. It completely negates a defenses effectiveness to play the "field position" strategy; a strategy used by several of the top defenses in the league. Some teams with less than spectacular offenses, like Chicago for several years, win games off of special teams and being able to deny their opponents good field position, while advancing their own on returns.
