Thanks to everyone for all of the offers to help with the guide. We have invited a few people to view the guide and offer suggestions. As we get more data entered, we will invite more of you as well.

Once we have at least minimal data for every draft, we will open it to the public while continuing to add even more stats for the rookies.

We have been working on this at e-athlete.net for online franchises - I currently have the first 2 draft classes up. We will be adding the rest as soon as possible.

Yes. Everything is the same except for player name, age and jersey number.

Great work so far guys!
You really made inroads this weekend!

Only 10 draft class skeleton's to do. I'm not too bothered by all the attributes, as long as I can see the potential and overall I'm cool. The other attributes would be handy though, but at least I can start my franchise without them in the meantime.

Should only be 7 left to do, and I'm working as much as I can to get those done ASAP. Going to keep grinding it out tonight and see where I end up.

After we finish getting everyone in for all the draft classes, we have to finish getting the Projected rounds in, to find out which players are from the UDFA pool, and then move them to a new tab that were creating incase the UDFA's come from a pool instead of just being randomly generated during preseason. After that we are planning to go back and put the stats in for ALL the draft classes for at least the A potential players.

Depending on if people want to help and feel like doing some work, we will add the C potential players if someone feels up to going through and adding them as they get their drafts, and we will go through and double check them. Same with the stats for B potential players.

One idea I had for the guide that will probably only happen after we finish up with the stuff planned is a tab that has MOST CURRENT ROSTER available for download player potentials for each posistion for those of you who like to start their franchise with a fantasy draft like I do. If there is any interest in this, please let me know, because unlike the rest of the guide, that part would have to be maintained and updated throughout the season as updates come out. Which I'm not opposed to doing, but would want to know there is an interest or need for it before committing any more time to this.

each to his own, frankly i like them. if i was really worried id be more upset that i dont get all the combine stats for every invitee seeing as my franchise helps pay the fee or if i go to a proday i get data on all participants...

We are going to be posting the draft in a different thread as soon as we have all the draft classes finished and their projected rounds on there. We will continue updating it afterwards, but that is the plan on when it will get posted. I would guess it wont be much longer though.

Had to join to thank you guys for going through the endless minutia to create this guide for us all. Like others have stated... I hate scouting... and find it boring. I just want to put a team out on the field and play. So thanks again guys and if you need any further assistance testing the guide I'm willing to help.

Very cool -- glad you guys enjoyed it.

We're working on the new guide as fast as we can. We're within a day or two of initial release, so the wait won't be long.

The guide will have all A & B potentials for all 30 draft classes. It will be similar to my M11 guide at launch (OVR, Potential, Projected Round for offline franchise, height, weight and college). After that, we will be inputting *every* attribute for every A potential player in every draft.

Where we go from there will depend on volunteers that are willing to help out with either adding the basic info for C potentials, or all the attributes for the B potentials, etc.

Thanks for the hard work done for the community? It's not mentioned in your list up here, but I suppose there will also be position? Could it be that you did not mention it because it's also something that is randomly generated, like name? But then that would not make sense since other ratings would have to change too then... or we'd have to change a CB to QB, for example, to unlock his full potential. It might be fun to see who's paying close attention to the stats, but it would be a real pain for the players drafted by the cpu...
