I think its funny so many people like the I'll take care of it and If it doesn't come out thursday at 9:01 you will be banned post and people say he doesn't know and they doubt it will I just think if the demo is released wednesday or thursday some people should show some manhood and apologize if not I'll understand that people will hide behind comments and see how people act as human beings bashing someone then not taking responsibility. If it doesn't then ban him I don't care.

The man said he isn't lying and no one has come back with proof of him lying so why not give him the benefit of the doubt????

I heard ps3 demos come out on Thursdays don't know if it's true or not bcuz my ps3 is just a blu ray player

Madden Twitter page says no new information on the demo... While another post says:

"Aug 14 remains the likely date for the Madden NFL 13 demo."

I highly doubt it is coming out tomorrow... If indeed its next week, you will see them make an announcement and hype it starting Friday... One thing you can say about EA (whether you love 'em or hate 'em) they do nothing low-key when it comes to the Madden title. They wouldnt just "sneak" out the demo. Besides, I got an email from EA and XBL last year a few days before the demo...

I am not sure if you took my post as sarcasm or something but I was serious, lol. This is not my first time presenting the "cookie for a day" idea. I do hope that it comes out and if so I believe some people should issue a formal apology to him in this thread since threats of banning seemed to be liked and hinted at.

No one has given any threats. If this is false, it's against the TOS and it is simple as that. Users that understand that and have seen it here every year have mentioned it and a site Admin reminded him of it.

If it comes out great, but according to Casey, who I trust much more than an EA FIFA customer service rep in Ireland, it is doubtful.

I can't remember a year in which we haven't known the demo's release date before it happened.

Ha. I won't hide behind ****. In fact, I hope he IS right. He won't be, but hey, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.

If I wake up tomorrow and there's a demo, I'll be happy to come on here and eat share deep-fried crow with anyone else who doubted him.

That said, I'm more interested to see if we ever see the OP again when/if he's wrong. Or will he just hide behind his Internet anonymity like you say the rest of us will? Will YOU prove your manhood and come back admitting WE were right?

Because his FIRST post said he had "inside info".. A "hookup" as he called it.... I would bet all my money that Rosie O'Donnell would know what a salad bar is before some FIFA rep in Ireland would know the release date of Madden. As someone just posted, I can't remember a time when we didn't know the date of the demo at least 4-5 days out. EA is going to make a big deal out of it.. I am betting the 14th. I hope I am wrong but I would stake more on that date then it coming out tomorrow
