I'm honestly surprised that they didn't release more info and get specific.

They announced the patch 2 weeks ago, but yet there is very little info on it.

I just hope we see the accel clock fixed for user games in CCM, get rid of that damn gameflow and fix the option to select conventional!

And of course, player editing soon! 2 #32's on my roster is bugging the crap out of me!

I will say, they didn't release the info on the patch. At least not intentionally, until very recently. At one point the main twitter account was denying that 9/11 was the date.

The patch will be released when Sony updates PSN and all that. Every Tuesday...it's normally around 6pm EST/3pm PST.

All I care about now is just stability in the servers. I've even put my ps3 in DMZ mode and gave it a static IP. Still "EA servers are not available" and kicks me out anytime I do anything past the main menu in CCM or MUT.

Since it's been announced by EA, I would assume it's coming today. They wouldn't claim that without getting the go-ahead from Sony.

Things happen sometimes though, so it's not like it's a 100% guarantee.

Actually, the store has already updated. Patches aren't tied to the store push - they can come at any time of the day/night. And there usually isn't a time attached to it.

Idk if it's just me or not, but the lighting during day games looks better. It wasn't as dark and I could easily distinguish the different teams and players.

Try a Colts game with roof open. Clear weather, 1pm kick off. The sun doesnt cast any shadow on the field, and the floodlights are on. Absolute joke that got past testing

Cannot believe you cannot play co-op CCM's. I have been playing 2-player with my cousin for years, and now we can't. I hope they update this issue as well. I mean you can play 2 player in PLAY NOW mode, but theey can't do it in CCM? C'mon MAN!!!

No it's not. It doesn't do anything other than what was listed to my knowledge.

Bull, it's tightend the phyics of players jumping around like ragdolls once the player is tackled.

The IE looks more polished and cleaned.

The patch does not fix any gameplay issues to my knowledge. I played a bunch of games last night. Was still seeing teh same bugs with dbs not alligning correctly for the cpu and running across the field, bad end game ai, that rb stop. Saw all of this post patch.

I read in the other thread about how EA has talked to "the sim standard". I've watched those guys on youtube. They are pointing out most of this stuff as well. But what's pathetic to me is most of these guys are basing their whole thing on comparing madden to a game that was out 8 years ago.

It's nice to have a good base but in the same respect its 2012. The fact EA even has to do this is ridiculous in itself. When 2k released that game in 2005 it was because they were intelligent developers and made a good game. It's 2012 now.

For some reason this still doesn't give me any hope whatsoever things are heading in the right direction. I played 5 games last night. Spent the most time I have with madden yet. I saw all the bugs. The game is a mess. I'm not even that picky a gamer and I'll say this game is a mess. What EA is doing I have no idea. This is where the free market is flawed imo. The fact EA can do what they do and be such blatent idiots about it is beyond me.

IF my best hope is that we can have a game playing as well as a game that was out 8 years ago that's ridiculous. 2k5 wasn't even that great a game.

Making bad games is good for business I guess. It's like the lady gaga effect. crap sells. AS long as they get the hype and those initial sales. They'll lie. pay off reviewers to do it. waste peoples time. Something is wrong there though.

Do you think there will be a patch so we can play 2 players in Offline Careers? Can't see why not, if they already have it for play now mode? Any thoughts?
