If I were to summarize...

In CCM, Coach or Player versions:

-DO NOT EDIT Offensive or Defensive Linemen.

-If you edit Quarterbacks, make sure you set their physical sliders to where you want them before you "Accept & Continue", because they do glitch and set the Arm Size slider to 0 or 10 once you enter the edit screen.
This change however is not permanent, unlike the O/D-Linemen, so you can go back later and do it, but it is easier to do it while you are in there.

-All other positions and players to this point are safe to edit, but like the Quarterbacks, some setting will change, if to a lesser degree, once you enter the edit screen on some players. I.e., shoulder pads may drop from a bigger to a smaller size as you toggle to the equipment screen.

So delete the patch..reload..then turn off system..restart madden life will be good? Ill try it when I get home

Should be. I did it right the first time, but I figure as long as no old save data corrupts it, it should work.

Did you do this in CCM and did you go play the game after and look at them?
Or are you doing it for the Play Now roster?

When will this be fixed? This has ruined my Online CCM with 31 other users... all of our O-linemen are twigs!

I'd like to know too. I'm floored that EA hasn't said a peep about this huge mistake.

Another games like MLB The Show gives you editing capabilities that are so much deeper than Madden, so it doesn't make any sense why this mistake was made... Ridiculous!

I edited my QB, but now he has huge arms. How do you rectify the glitch with the QB? Sorry if it's already been mentioned but i ain't searching through 15 pages. Thanks.

I'll be very upset when they come out and say "If you've saved the changes you're screwed". There's seriously no way they could've missed this stuff... unless they didn't test it at all.

There are a number of visual bugs delivered with the patch, and they're hit and miss. Because of this thread I've avoided touching OL/DL, but I did edit some other positions. Oddly, if I edit draft generated CB's they wear long white sleeves every game and nothing you do will alter that. Yet I don't have that issue with editing my rookie SS, his edits display properly, although in the edit screen many of the gear colors appear wrong.

Definitely buggy, the player editing needs serious attention from EA. Obviously they didn't adequately test the editing functions before releasing the patch.

You can't get them any smaller? I guess if they stay huge you could always have him wear an undershirt, will kinda hide his new guns.

I've edited all my OL/DL and going to find out later today what these fools look like
