I'll be looking to trade Weeden for draft picks, and select a franchise QB.

I'll develope Geno Smith, trade Sanchez for picks. Draft WR's for starters and depth. I'll look for more Depth at the secondary.

Raiders trade away McFadden for picks, look for a franchise backfield and look at Solide Wideouts.

For me I'm taking over the entire league since this what I enjoyed doing on previous Maddens with 32 team control. I like making my own storylines and seeing how the league evolves over the years. As for single team franchises, I'll probably rebuild the Jaguars, take over the Vikings and take over the Titans, move them back to Houston and rename them the Oilers.

Why not draft Bridgewater, Boyd, or Manziel? I see them as more of a cornerstone or impact player than a defensive end in Madden

I'll probably draft Boyd or Bridgewater in one of my franchises. Not sure on what team though. Maybe I'll play as the Titans and tank the first season, proving Jake Locker just isn't the right QB for the Titans. Draft Boyd or Bridgewater and move to Houston and then feud with the Texans over the Houston fans.

Taking the Jets (eventually) to the Super Bowl. I'm going to do what they should do in real life:
1) Fire Rex
2) Cut Sanchez and Holmes
3) Get pieces around Geno, im going to trade for Eifert and Tavon because that should of been our 1st round :o
4) Progress the D, several nice pieces on the squad already (Richardson, Wilkerson, Coples, Demario, Milliner, Cro)

First my Dallas Cowboys: I will fire Jason Garrett and Monte Kiffin. Hire Lovie Smith as head coach and defensive coordinator will be my first moves.

Then the Jacksonville Jaguars: Trade their starting Qb then bring in Tim Tebow as starting Qb for this team.

I only play as one team and that's the browns so i'll take them to super bowl since we'll never sniff one in real life. I just hope 25 I can play more then one season 13 I got bored after the first yr and stopped.

i'll keep the roster intact and make T-Rich my work horse and air it out to Gordon and Bess and Benjamin.

Just thought of something,wouldnt it be cool if you could create a team start with players in FA to hire then build them up in the draft.
This would be cool to if you could share created or fantasy teams with friends like nba 2k has,hmmmmmmmm.

I think it would be cool to get rid of a random team, and relocate them, and kind of turn them into an expansion team where you can only use free agency to get your roster, then build them in the future through free agency and the draft

I'm going to change to a PRO style offense but still will have some spread elements for Vick to do his thing

Vick might be gone after Year 1 even if he has a good season and I'm going to give Barkley the nod Year 2

The Defense will become a 3-4 attacking defense and A LOT more Physical but still Athletic (ala 49ers)
