Actually enjoying the gameplay but just wish the defense was fixed in a few areas. Think the pass coverage is a little weak even after adjusting sliders on all madden. Scrambling QB's move really well in this game and it's enjoyable to maneuver but I would like to see LB's and guys in the secondary react to them scrambling instead of waiting for me to cross the line of scrimmage.

My personal favorites are the people who say they've hated Madden for years and then proceed to give impressions and they think folks are gonna take them seriously.

Would I (as a PS3 user) prefer things earlier? Sure, but this is the way Sony releases content. If you're not used to it by now, there's not much else to say.

That's just a catch-all time that they're confident it will be up by, but the update often happens much earlier in the afternoon.

Going to start refreshing the store and using the search at around 3 Central, for this and DuckTales.

i understand they do it later in the day , but not at friggin 9pm at night. i had figured 5 or 6 eastern at the latest. not 9 eastern.... just a huge let down

Other then that I feel like the game plays amazing compared to past Maddens, and NCAAs.

I played over my lunch. SF VS Ravens. I'm happy with what I played. Game felt better than 13, felt polished and not sure what the guy saying the graphics are bad and mentioning jaggies is all about, I thought it looked awesome on my TV. Faces look good through the helmets, good enough for my tastes. Kaepernick looks like, well Kaepernick. I recognized him instantly. I think the naysayers are not playing the right game, or just have something against madden.

Anyway. Saw some very nice animations and tackles throughout the game. I injured flacco on a play, his arm went down awkward and he was taken out of the game. Nice added touches like that adds to the realism. Nice sideline catches where the receiver trys to stay in bounds, all looks very nice. No hiccups between plays, there was always this weird pause with Madden, but I no longer see that. Graphics look nice. Uniforms, fields, stadiums, sideline action, definitely the most animated Madden I've seen. I will be happy to be getting this in a few weeks.

+ Good looking graphics, clean easy to read stat screens, player models, grass, sideline action etc
+ Very good animations, not as loopy and absurd as we saw in 13. Toned down to make it look much more realistic
+ Running feels wonderful
+ Passing is good for me
+ Good commentary.

- Few clippy animations here and there, but nothing to the point of calling it out.

Truly not anything that stood out for me that is worthy of a major complaint.
