Is it possible to prevent Madden from realigning my defenders when I move them?

I've been trying to develop a scheme similar to Pat Narduzzi's at Mich St with cover 4 (and sometimes a 5th guy deep) as well as stacking 9 men in the box because of how overpowered running is in this game. Anyway, on this one version of cover four I've been trying to run, I want to move one of my safeties right on top of the RG. However, whenever I do this and user back to my other safety, he automatically drops back to his classic "show blitz" spot on the field. Any help would be nice.

I don't think it's possible. As soon as you switch off, they move back to their original position. EA started doing this to prevent nano blitzes.

I thought you could realign defensive backs as you wish? For me, it's only linebackers who return to their original spots

You can get them to stay in someplaces but there are zones where you can't leave a defender. It's pretty much anywhere between the tackles and about 3-4 yards off the line of scrimmage. I would suggest going into practice mode and figuring out where and where not you can stick your defenders without them moving back.
