    @jmac7164
So you started the Qb in game 1?
I did that with a 3rd or 4th round Strong Arm Qb, Lewis King from Beth Cookman, who came in at 77 ovr. He also won rookie of the year, but I was able to get him to 99 overall.

I just wonder why you wanted your Qb more mobile. If you run an offense that needs a mobile Qb, why didn't you just draft a Mobile Qb.

I he was the best QB by far left in the draft and i just wanted him to be able to run if i needed him to like Aaron Rodgers.

Ah ok. I hardly ever take off on a run with my Qb's, so I usually just leave the speed the way it is. Although, my guys speed was already at 73, unlike yours who was really slow. So I get why you upgraded the speed.

Last night, I found a Qb in the 7th round. He was projected to go undrafted, but I picked him because I needed a backup. Well, he came in at 75 overall with 98 thp. He is only 21. In a year or two I'll probably trade him away for a 2nd or 3rd round pick. I've done that twice already with other late round Qb's that I have developed. I usually try to get them to an overall around 80. Now they are starters on a team, instead of just sitting on the bench on my team.

I drafted a wide receiver named Demerious Stevens in a later round who now in his 4th season is on pace for around 2200 yards 140 catches. Guys a beast, came out around 80 and he's now a 96. I drafted two guards in a 3rd and 4th round that came out at around 80, Reyes and someone else, can't remember but both are sitting above 95 now.

do you guys scout all these players or just pick them up randomly? I'm trying to scout and I have no idea what to unlock first

I scout all these guys that turn out to be gems. When you scout, sometimes you'll find a player who has better ratings comparable to where he is projected to get drafted.
Let's say I have Balanced for my Wr's, then I only scout the Wr's that have Balanced as their style. I only scout players that have the same style as my positions. I only unlock the letter grade.

For Qb's, I only scout Thp and all the accuarcy ratings.
Rb's: speed, acc, agility, elusiveness, carrying.
Wr's: speed, acc, agility, catching, release, jumping.
Te's: depends on if I want a blocking or receiving TE.
O-line: strength, pass block, run block, impact block.

D-line: strength, block shedding, finesse move, power move.
Lb's: tackling, block shedding, hit power, pursuit, speed, acc.
Cb's: man and zone coverage, press, speed, acc.
S's: zone coverage, pursuit, tackling, hit power.

              K/p: kick power and accuracy

I have started unlocking the development only. If I draft one or two highly rated development players, I can just about make them any type of player I need them to be in one season. Stacking game preps on one player can net ~4k experience a week with superstar development. The rest of my picks I hope I get lucky.
