Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
Sorry. The auto body type just looks strange to me. The old setup looked like this -
0-199=skinny
200-269=normal
270-319=large
320-450=extra large
The current setup only has three lines and looks to be comibined or something. How do I set it up to be like I have it shown above?
NormalLarge=270
LargeExtraLg=300
is the way it looks now.
Anything below 200 will be Skinny.
Anything >= 200 but < 270 will be Normal
Anything >= 270 but < 300 will be Large
Anything >= 300 will be Extra Large.
And one other tidbit - when I open the current editor, there's an "icon" missing on the top under the search option. There's an empty space/gap between "edit the selected player" and "copy the selected player". The empty space should have an icon that says "global edit the selected player". At least, that's the way it is in version 3.0.0.30.
There are currently no plans to re-upload with the new PBP file until I a few things I am working on. Just rename the old file and drop the new one in the config files directory and should be good to go.Comment

Originally posted by FlyingFinnThanks. I added two types of global edit player (attributes and weight) so I removed the icon from the global edit selected player attributes action but forgot about the button. Thanks for the heads.

Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
SkinnyNormal=26
NormalLarge=30
LargeExtraLg=35
As you can see it is the same format as the weight and follows the same pattern:
0 to 25 Skinny
26 to 29 Normal
30 to 34 Large
35 and up Extra Large.Comment

Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
I copy and pasted the notepad config files into the current editor and the problem where FA's dont appear in the editor (unless I do an actual search for each player) still exists. I tried it twice yesterday and once I click on the arrow to go to FA's (from the 49ers), that error message pops up (index out of bounds (-1) and those released FA's are nowhere to be found.Comment

Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
What version of the editor are you using?
EDIT: Also, just go the config files folder and rename ENFNameIndex.txt to ENFNameIndex.old. Download this version and just drop it in the config files folder.Attached FilesLast edited by FlyingFinn; 05-20-2008, 12:47 PM.Comment

Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
Simjankowski is the only punter that shows up for me. I'm currently using V3.0.0.30 because all the FA's appear.
When using V3.0.1.1., those FA's dont appear when im in the FA list which is why I went back to the older version.
The amount of 298 is the same for me too. It's just missing all the players that I released and should be in FA but arent.Comment

Does it work if you use the original ENFNameIndex.txt file? Does it work if you use the one I posted above?Comment

Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
The roster file worked in V3.0.1.1 as it should until I started messing around with the PBP index in the config files.
I replaced the one that's there with the one I was using from V3.0.0.30 because I didnt want to add in all the found unknown players again.
That's when I kept getting the error. Are the names for the files different? I didnt rename anything. All I did was replace the current one with the one that I had in V3.0.0.30.Comment

Re: List of UNK's that have pbp
I actually just created a notepad document for Name Index that has no UNK's and has the original default list plus all the UNK's that have been found including the updated list that slapnutz posted yesterday. The only difference is that the "double play by play names" have been deleted. They include Johnson, Jones and Watson plus the extra double names of Brian Allen, Brandon Moore, Roy Williams, Eric Johnson, Michael Lewis, and David Terrell. These doubles were removed because a few of them (mainly Moore for me since im a 49ers fan and had to use the Jets Moore PBP for the 49ers Moore PBP) didnt work. Only the jersey number was said. Thompson was edited into Thomason and Austin was deleted since it never worked. Steve Neal was edited into Stephen Neal. A few "fake" players like Axel Stone, McWild, etc. were deleted from the list because they are the "fake" unlockables from 2K4.
I'm creating a notepad document for the Photo Index as well but with no number listing (0-99), no UNK's and a few players edited (RB Domanick Davis into Domanick Williams, DE Juqua Thomas into Juqua Parker and CB William Peterson into Williams James) in order for their photo name to match their actual name after the player's last name is updated in-game.
Both lists also include all the (crappy) celebs that I hate. UGH.
I'll post both lists in a little bit and it would be greatly appreciated if you could do whatever you did with the document that you posted earlier to the two notepad documents that im going to post in a little while.
I know that im being a pain in the *** but it would be greatly appreciated.
And on a side note -
If I edit the "BMI" setup in the auto body type note pad document, will anything negative happen?
Thanks.Comment
