Is there any way to make screens work?

If I have another ball go off a running backs helmet, or see another running back stop his route and just jump and fall 10 yards away from the ball, im going to break a controller. its ruining the game for me.

It seem like you need to:

*Increase RB catch and run route very significantly
*Hot Route to an out or flat pattern.... I prefer the out
*Take the QB slightly to the opposite side of the screen

OR....find the screen in one of the playbooks that is not the standard one...it's around, I just can't remember which one....it runs better

Im not so much having problems hitting the halfback on routes designed for them, i usually can pick out one that will work if Im going for that, but just as check downs when there are no WR's open. Balls hit them right in the helmet and they dont even move. Last I checked they had 80-85 catch and route running

The swing passes work well.not so much screens. You also can't lob the ball,if you put some zip on it it will be much more effective.Lobs tend to be overthrown.

I played my Pro Bowl last night and had an awesome screen to Adrian Peterson. I always hot route to a flat pattern for the HB. The line still goes out there to block and the back usually catches the ball. Just be sure you're retreating your QB on the screen. I hit Peterson in stride and he broke one tackle and went about 35 yards on a simple screen (On second and long).

i usually have the runningback drag to the out, thenkeep dropping back as the defenders get near me and throw it off balance to the RB. by then the oline is usually near the RB and can actually block for him
